I purchased a large sectional last night and had great service by Dave and John at the Brookfield location. They took their time and went over things with us plus helped tremendously with the numbers. John went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and I would highly recommend working with these two gentlemen when shopping for furniture. They just gained our business for future purchases!

We went to Ashley furniture unsure of what we wanted and with the expectations to simply sit on couches to get a feel for what we wanted. We ended up narrowing down to two options upon leaving thanks to John who did a great job taking time to understand our needs and preferences! John was attentive, kind and very pleasant to work with and at no point did he pressure us into buying something. I would definitely recommend asking for John if you shop at this location!

This was my second trip to Ashley, and nobody has ever made furniture shopping easier. John immediately met me at the door and greeted me. I told him the exact feel I was going for, and the very first couch he took me to I purchased. It was the perfect fit and style I had imagined. John’s knowledge and professionalism made it easy. I was in and out of the store feeling confident yet again in my purchase!

Worst service worst product. Our bed broke within a month. They promised 1 million times they would be ordering parts and after several months notify us that they discontinue the product. It was the only bed that match the sets it was forced to pick a bed that didn't match. Needless to say it was an arduous process. Scott is a ConMan. He claims to be the Santa Claus of furniture but really he's just an awful, pathetic salesman. I watched him sell the bed that I had previously bought and that he knew would break to another person while I was in the store for my replacement. He basically told me to be quiet or he would kick me out of the store. Shame on Ashley and there employees. Also don't bother trying to contact the higher-ups. There's only one and he's no help either.

My husband and I had a great experience in this store! Scott was very attentive, honest, informative and accommodating. He let us have some space and time to walk and look around, but was readily available to assist and answer any of our questions. The store contains wide variety of displays of all sorts of furnitures, and we were able to find the style and type of furnitures that we like from there!
