Great place to shop. Place is clean the staff is friendly your produce department is great always fresh. I have one complaint not the store. Have tried many of your bowl & basket products no favor. Not worth the money very surprised the Shop Rite brand was always good. ~JoAnn

I have been at Extra Space for a while and it has always been an incredible pleasure to work with Mark. He has a wonderful personality and he goes out of his way to be helpful to the customers. I base this comment not only on my own personal interaction with Mark but also on conversations I’ve had with other Extra Space Storage customers who have had a similar reaction. I’ve dealt with other Extra Space employees who have also been very pleasant and conversing, so “Kudos” to Extra Space for hiring the right people. ~Donna

Worst service worst product. Our bed broke within a month. They promised 1 million times they would be ordering parts and after several months notify us that they discontinue the product. It was the only bed that match the sets it was forced to pick a bed that didn't match. Needless to say it was an arduous process. Scott is a ConMan. He claims to be the Santa Claus of furniture but really he's just an awful, pathetic salesman. I watched him sell the bed that I had previously bought and that he knew would break to another person while I was in the store for my replacement. He basically told me to be quiet or he would kick me out of the store. Shame on Ashley and there employees. Also don't bother trying to contact the higher-ups. There's only one and he's no help either. ~Tim
