I can always either find what I need by reading their aisle labels or ask their super friendly staff. The staff always goes the extra mile to help carry your purchases out to your car when you're like me with a disability. Even when you have to call them about a part you need they are really good about having it already or they can have it sent to this store from another store or from the manufacturer. 9 times out of 10 they have discounts on their website if you want to buy it that way. You can have it shipped to you or go pick it up in the store. Can't beat that!!

Just went to this store and asked James a few questions and this man would not get up nor would he stop looking at his phone and was of no help.

I was driving an hour away from my home to my sisters house when all of a sudden I heard a very loud noise. I put my foot on the brake but it wouldn’t brake! Barely had any at all so I pulled over immediately into this O Reilly. I was very scared and I told the first person I saw who I believe is named Pam, she immediately came outside to look and told me I had break fluid leaking everywhere. She called her boyfriend and he came and looked at it and was trying to help me as much as he could along with another friend. I wish I could remember their names, anyway everyone in that store was so nice to me, made me feel so much better, they did everything they could, even offered to let me keep my car in their lot overnight so I could get find someone to tow it. I got my car fixed and I would recommend this place to anybody! Very kind people, thank you !!!

Said they could order part and have it in 2 hours, 29 hours later no part. System directed to a part that didn't fit. Peter needs a raise. O'Reilly was my go to in NW GA, but maybe just not this store.

I don’t know why these reviews says these guys in this store are knowledgeable. You have to remember they are working behind a parts counter, they aren’t out there wrenching 24/7. But anyways i’m just making this complaint bc once again i received the wrong part, this has been on numerous occasions i get the wrong part. I’m going over the computer with them to make sure they enter in the right vehicle. don’t be surprised if you gotta run back and do a exchange or get your money back

I typically stay away from stores like this unless I absolutely have to get something and can't wait. On the positive side, o'Reilly usually is cheaper than their competitors. I go here first when I need to go to parts stores. AND they price match!

Excellent staff. Always knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or annoying. The guy let me look for a minute before checking on me (which I like). I asked if he could look up a part number for me. He did, then pulled it from the shelf for me while I finished browsing. I had everything that I needed and was out the door in 5 minutes. That's my idea of a successful shopping trip. I recommend O'Reilly over the competition across the highway.
