Service impaired will call it. Had to wait almost 15 minutes to be seen. I can't say that we were helped at all. All they are interested in is sales. If you don't want to spend money don't come in the store. After I was told that all that they could do was sell me something, otherwise call customer service from home. Then we I turned around she laughed...at me I would have to assume because it certainly wasn't with me. I was not laughing because I needed the wifi for a meeting in the morning. Terrible experience at this store. No customer service skills enough said.

Let me start off with,I originally went to the post oak location looking for a quote well I got one and it wasn’t really what I was looking for so I ended up waiting, so glad I did . The following week I went to this location which is actually closer to me and from the moment I walked in even though it was like a hour before they closed I felt like number one. “Walter”ended up being my specialist and he took excellent care of me he got me every deal possible and I got everything I needed and more. I am more than pleased about my visit and purchase, and my experience with Verizon so far has been excellent! Thank you “Walter “!

Would be nice if the store updated hours online rather than a printed note on the door saying they decided to close on a day they're normally open. Calling ahead rarely ever helps to confirm hours since no one ever picks up whether people are there or not, so the only way to tell is to waste time driving over there. Had an order I was supposed to pick up from this location. Could've just shipped it to a different location or myself to avoid the hassle if only the online info was correct.

Never ever go to this location!!! Anthony with name tag "manager" needs to get fired!!! I was sent by the 800 number customer service to this stoe to replace my SIM card or to activate my E SIM card. Anthony informed me that he does not know how to activate E SIM hard and it's not going to replace the SIM card because he is not technical support. he advised that I need to call back the 800 number to mail me new SIM card and have them do everything over the phone Knowing the way Verizon don't care about its customers, Anthony most likely will get promoted instead of getting fired!!!

I recently purchased 2 iPhone 13 max pros. Maria helped with the purchase she was great, that was on Oct 17 because they were on back order. Well phones finally arrived on the 27th of October I activated my phone It was ok wasn't impressed few things I didn't like once I received it,on the other hand my husband didn't want his at all. So I went back to the store to return the phone the the so called manager said that I would have to return the phones through mail and not in store because it was a trade in promotion. So I went to another Verizon store they informed me that the phones definitely could have been returned. So now it's a waiting game ,because I cannot purchase another phone until Verizon received the iphones which is currently at the return processing center. This whole ordeal have been a nightmare, !!!!! being that I am a new customer to Verizon leaving tmobile thinking it was better. This store could definitely use some customer service training. The customer is treated like trash.

Disappointed. I activated my prepaid service there. Afterwards, they pretty much treat prepaid customers like garbage. There was a major prepaid outage on September 4th, 2021. Voice calls, texting, 4g/5g was completely down. I had missed several important calls because of it. Went to the store for help, no one had any idea what was going on. They restarted and reset my phone, which I had already done. They gave up quickly, and told me to go home and wait with no answers. Funny thing was, instead of acknowledging the outage, Verizon simply cut off the support line to Prepaid. No apologies, no acknowledgement of the outage for Prepaid. Nothing. I have switched to AT&T since then with dramatically better service. Verizon prepaid was slow, unreliable, and they treat you like trash. Will be telling all my friends and family to stay away from Verizon in Houston.
