Why are you closing at 8pm??? That is outrageous. I have arrived at 10 on two occasions to locked doors. Waste of gas. I work 2nd shift and don't have any options for food after work now

Never have what I want or need it seems all the time they don't order enough for the size of population around them idk why but it shouldn't be standing they could've upgraded this location along time ago considering the amount of cash in this area. Joke. Yeah and good luck getting attention at the deli or anywhere else and if you do you will likely be disappointed at no resolve to your food issues at hand.I can't believe we have to settle for this under par facility to buy our food at

This is hands down the Worst Kroger I've ever been to. The store is Dirty, the Deli case hasn't been cleaned in years (it nauseates me when I see it). I would not Eat Anything from this store. If you choose to, you are indeed a Brave Soul. The produce in the cases, etc., is old, overripe and rotting. Can get better, fresher produce at the food bank. Don't understand why All the other Kroger Stores are so clean and the produce is fresh and looks delicious and healthy. Wouldn't eat any food from Silverlake Kroger's in Erlanger if it were free!

Erlanger badly needs a new Kroger. This one is dirty and smells bad. Also at 5:45 pm on Tuesday the person working in the deli saw me waiting for assistance and turned the light off and walked away. So not the best choice for Kroger in our area.

If you are looking to get a prescription for an addiction med filled, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Not only do they not care to order enough of the product to ever have it on hand when you need it, but they will treat you like DIRT when they see what you are having filled. Nothing worse than having snotty 20-something-year-old pharmacy techs talk down to you over the meds you are having filled... If you are looking for a new pharmacy, go ANYWHERE BUT SILVERLAKE KROGER..
