The employees are the laziest I've ever seen. They will lie and say one of the food is ready to cook, their systems are down. Etc. You know lies when you are told different stories from the employees hanging outside then the employee at the drive thru. This has now happened on four occasions. There is never a line at this location so it seems the locals know.

the chicken tacos are DISGUSTING. It tastes like cat food. -10/10 wouldn’t try the chicken again. Also, why is there so much lettuce? Little meat with mostly lettuce I had to take half of it off. Do better.

Pulled up to drive-through to order a Mexican pizza. They say there all frozen and it takes 24 hours to thaw. Well I used to work for taco Bell and nothing on the Mexican pizza is frozen. So I can’t wait to call there corporate office and there district manager.

Ok so the morning manager Teresa is gone now? She was so awesome and kind, I hope she is ok. It's not been maybe a week since I seen her, ok staff at taco bell what did you do with the best manager/worker there? , she was never rude and always had a smile. If anyone knows where Teresa is please let me know, noway did she quit because I know she loved her job. Thanks!!

I stopped at the Erlanger Taco Bell today (8/23/2022) and the manager started yelling loud at the employees for no reason. She came up and started yelling at the lady working the drive thru window for no reason. She said the wrong order was given out just now and that I was also going to get the wrong order. No my order was correct and she looked at me like she was going to yell at me because my order was correct. If I worked their I would have walked off of the job. No one should be talked to like that. If she had yelled at me from the drive thru window I would have called the police. The manager was also upset because I was paying for the person in the car in back of me. She needs people skills. Be decent to your employees and you will see good results. This is why people don't want to work at places or that people stop going. Corporate needs to get involved.

Where do I begin besides stating the obvious that this location is ghetto even with my standards being low because it’s Taco Bell. Went there at 9:40am for some breakfast, google says it was open at 9am. When I pulled up the loud speaker informed me it was closed. The week before this I asked for a $5 box and they said they didn’t have the $5 box even though that’s what I always get anytime I go to the Taco Bell in Florence heck even the Taco Bell further down the street. Any other time they’re out of beef or payment system is down and I don’t expect them to be open too much longer. I gave 2 stars because the food is actually edible I guess.

These folks deal with some of the worst members of our society consistently and yet retain enough sanity to make some of the best food available in the area. My girlfriend is vegitarian and the cooks here have always prepared her food right, which if you or someone you know is vegitarian is a bit of a rarity. Keep doing the lord's work yall

It was still good, but I asked for 3 soft taco Supreme(s) an got 3 soft meat only tacos. lol! I was starved; ate them and moved on. Guess I'll check things before I pull away next time. All good 👍

Ordered two $5 chalupa boxes with a Mt dew and Dr pepper, and two regular freezes. The chalupas had chicken on them for some reason instead of beef, the drinks were 2 Baja blasts, they tasted like straight carbonation and had no syrup, and she had the total originally rang up as $25 somehow. Just a disappointing experience all around.

I pulled up, asked to make 2 orders and the lady said I couldn’t make 2 orders. There was only 1 car ahead of me and no one behind me. Why couldn’t I do 2 separate orders? We both ordered 2 taco supremes and when we got back and started to eat our food. Well they were just regular tacos. They weren’t supremes. How hard is it to mess up that easy of an order? I will not be coming back to this location. I found the people rude and unable to make my food. Quite unfortunate.
