I sent an envelope from this office to Dallas Tx on Sept 22 and it has not been delivered yet. Today is 20th Oct 2022. I went and talked to the Manager name Adam. He said he cannot help me at all. Shame on you ADAM!!

First thing if you’re having issues contact the post office hotline not the local office, it’s the only way things will get resolved. The office will do it’s best not to escalate issues, as it effect bonuses for management. 7/8 of our last packages were either delivered to the wrong address, held by the office because they messed up/running into 12 working limits, or just lost it between Cincinnati distribution center to Erlanger. The management team is overwhelmed at this location and they’re relying on untrained cca’s to make up for poor decisions.

I don’t know what’s happened with the United States post office but their mail delivery is probably the worst it’s ever ever been. They can’t even get packages to the right houses and if they can’t get packages to the right house they throw their mail on the porch or the sidewalk. Trust me I know it’s happened to me!

We have struggled so badly with getting our mail and packages delivered. Our mailbox is on the street and cars park in front of the box so everything gets marked as no access to delivery location cause the carrier won't step out of the vehicle to put mail and packages in the box. YET our neighbor has a box by their door that the carrier gladly steps out of the vehicle and goes up the step to their home to deliver to every single day. We rely on the mail for medications and business products and not receiving things in a timely manner isn't okay when it would take not even 30 seconds to step out to do. I know this is an underappreciated and taxing job, but this is getting out of hand when we can't control where other people park on a public street.

I had a very rare item delivered to me. The sender messed up my address. My package was out for delivery when I called this post office. The staff that answered my called jumped into action immediately and called the driver and told him to bring my package back to the post office so I could pick it up. The next day I walked in and my package was ready to go.

I had a package scheduled for delivery today. When I tracked the package there was a message that delivery was attempted, but there was no access to my mailbox. I checked my Ring doorbell, and was very confused to watch the USPS truck pull up to my mailbox and deliver everything but what I needed. There was only 1 USPS truck that came down my street today, and I don't understand how they were able to deliver my regular mail, but not the package.

My wife watched as a replacement mail carrier stole a package from us on Tuesday, Dec 15. His scam involved marking it as delivered to our neighbors but they didn't receive it. The guy we talked to at the local UPS said our neighbors had it , period. He wouldn't even consider that the mail carrier took it. I wouldn't make a big deal about this if my wife hadn't seen it happen. She saw him putting the package in his pocket!

Absolutely mortified none of the workers were wearing masks. There was plexiglass but not large enough to separate customer safely. No sanitation stations in sight. Social distance markers on the floor but not being enforced. I’m going to have to visit other locations - and I ship my businesses’ orders bi weekly. My review will change if efforts are made to be a safe part of the community

I have the worst time getting my mail and my packages. I have been tracking my package and it said refused. I have a sign that clearly states to put packages in hallway. The hot weather makes my door stick. The mailman i guess refuses to try to open the door. The Fed ex guy has no problems. When i do get mail its usually everyone in the buildings because they are to lazy to walk up to their mailbox. It's so frustrating. I have to put a star to put a review up or i would not give them one at all..

Mail carrier keeps putting packages in broken parcel box in community mail box. The key will not work in lock. You have to violently shake the key while trying to turn it. It’s horrible. I have called the post office before about it. This time the key broke in the lock and I was unable to get my package out. Called the post office and the man I talked to was rude and blamed me. He then told me that it would be tomorrow before anybody would be able to get my package out. Granted it was 4:30 pm but I work and that’s what time I get home. All I want is for people to do their jobs the first time!!! If they had replaced the lock when I called along time ago this would not be happening!!!
