Finally a place that can hear what you are asking! They listened to my story of wanting a "long shag" and getting a pixie haircut at other salons. They asked many questions and discovered that I didn't want a Florence Henderson haircut, which is what other's decided I meant... but I really wanted a "long shag"! They heard me say I like fullness and uneven ends. They heard where I like my bangs cut to...they listened and made no assumptions! It has been 4 weeks of loving my hair, everyday!
