Seems this restaurant has changed their management or service.. I’m a regular and was utterly disappointed with the service. Visited thrice recently and compromised twice for the top notch service I had received earlier. I’m sorry but will never visit again for the impatient and inattentive service. Also one of my Indian friends who knows Hindi told me that tips weren’t given to the servers. Firstly these servers do not deserve tips and on top they complain regarding their management which is kinda senseless. Try to get better service done for the sake of the excellent food you provide.

Took a drive out there for their buffet as the web site stated they had. Walked in and smelled great. Got to the seat and guess what? NO buffet. Menu's lacked descriptions and you would think there would be a lunch menu. Sorry, not spending 50 bucks for a mystery lunch. Walked out. Loss of customer and my business!

The food catered to more of an American taste palette which is totally fine. No complaints! Probably won’t be back but others may find it more to their taste!! Also I just witnessed one of the waiters wipe a spoon with his hand before he put them on my dessert bowl! Yuck!! One last thing is the price on the menu and the bill do not match! Updated: 09/14/2022 This is not Indian food. Please do not get fooled by the name or the menu. Good lord the food is gross!! I thought I’d give it a chance. To all the white folks who dine here, this is not indian food. Don’t fall for the gimmick! Could give -stars if I can

After both dining here and ordering take-out several times, I have decided not to return. First, this restaurant is not clean. During my most recent visit, I was served some bad food that caused me to "lose" my dinner shortly after leaving the restaurant. In addition, I was served a soft drink in a filthy glass. Not just dirty. No, it was filthy -- and no one apologized when I brought this disgusting fact to the attention of three service team members. Second, I find it frustrating that the kitchen is unable to accommodate requests for dairy-free dishes. On two separate occasions, I have asked if the mixed vegetables could be prepared with a dairy-free sauce, such as curry or vindaloo, instead of korma. Shockingly, the answer was "no" both times. Does this mean that ALL the mixed vegetables in the kitchen have already been prepared with a korma sauce? Is nothing in the kitchen prepared fresh or to order? Part of what I pay for when I go to a restaurant is to have my meals prepared fresh and to order. Given all of these issues, this place is off my list of viable restaurants.

Tldr: would give 0 stars, small portions, staring wait staff, higher price than menu states, and unsanitary practices I’ll start by saying I usually don’t give negative reviews…. But I would give this place 0 stars if that was possible. There were small portions, compared to those of other Indian restaurants I’ve been to. The garlic naan was actually 1/2 a whole piece of naan. And one of the servers seemed to not be on the same page about that. Servers were also kinda… monotone (?). This is all bearable I suppose. However, I felt increasingly uncomfortable throughout the meal as there was a female server who was just standing there at the bar next the table, basically just watching us eat. She stood there for a good 15-20 minutes. Then when the check came out, I noticed that the prices for a couple of items were higher than advertised on the menu. I started to mention this to the waitress (same one who was just standing there) and I didn’t even get the finish my sentence before she just said “oh yeah. The menu hasn’t been updated yet”. The speed and accuracy at which she replied to my unfinished question shows that she was ready and knew about it. This is a recurrent issue, and upon reading other people’s reviews afterwards, is something that has been going on for at least a year. Finally to top it all off, she (same waitress) wiped all the crumbs from the table into the small woven basket that the naan comes it. The basket is only covered by a small layer of paper (that doesn’t even cover the whole thing) and with how thin and flimsy the basket is, it is unlikely it gets washed either. I really just regretted the whole meal when I saw that. Overall, very bad experience. 11/10 would NOT recommend

We visited MA this long weekend with family & found this gem. we were the only ones strangely but the food was awesome!. They had an issue with the Gas but they made it up with 2 Mango Lassi's but more importantly, the food was well worth the wait! would visit again for sure, if in that area.

The Butter Chicken is my 'go to'. The Naan is excellent and the spice levels are always as requested. Great for take away or a wonderful place to enjoy a meal inside. Highly recommend!

I had a great meal at Masala Bay. It was my first time there and first time at an Indian restaurant. The waitress Shweata was very helpful in helping me chose. I had the garlic naan, Tarka Daal with rice. It was delicious!
