I have worked with other U-Haul leasing companies and I can't say that they were all too pleasant. However, the folks over at the U-Haul in Littleton, MA were outstanding. They were polite, patient, and extremely helpful. It's nice to see well-run businesses these days that still value customer service. I was in the general area so figured I would stop by and look at the trucks (I did not have a reservation/appointment). Holly greeted me and showed me the trucks answering all the questions that I had. I then decided to rent one the next day. On arrival, Evan(?) was there to help me and he too was extremely helpful. If I ever need to rent from U-Haul again, I will go out of my way to use the folks here in Littleton again.

I rented a trailer from this location. It was my 1st time to pull a trailer. The team there took their time going over the basics. I was in and out in few minutes. All around it was excellent experience.

Reserved a 9" cargo van, received an email confirmation. When I arrived was told "sorry we don't have a van but we do have a 15' truck at nearly twice the price". Clearly could care less that they didn't have the correct vehicle or that I had a confirmation. Be very careful if reserving here.

I rented a 15ft u-hail from 677 great rd location.after picking up truck and found concrete dust and sheetrock tailings in the backiback I call up 677 great rd location I was told I would be compensated in my bill for having to clean up there mess.after being billed full price I called to ask why I wasn't comped I was told cuz we don't have to comp you for that.never seen such bad business I won't return there.not to mention he's in no shape to have a attitude like that.dont rent from theses people unless you don't mind putting your furniture in a truck with silica dust
