Best logistics service in Erlanger, Kentucky (KY) 2024

We have struggled so badly with getting our mail and packages delivered. Our mailbox is on the street and cars park in front of the box so everything gets marked as no access to delivery location cause the carrier won't step out of the vehicle to put mail and packages in the box. YET our neighbor has a box by their door that the carrier gladly steps out of the vehicle and goes up the step to their home to deliver to every single day. We rely on the mail for medications and business products and not receiving things in a timely manner isn't okay when it would take not even 30 seconds to step out to do. I know this is an underappreciated and taxing job, but this is getting out of hand when we can't control where other people park on a public street. ~Jourdan
