The customer service I received yesterday on Memorial Day 2022 around 3-4 o'clock was such a nice experience. The professional lady (I think Ashley)was actually refreshing to have someone care about your Thortons experience. I hope others are able to take notes of the type of customer service she gave. We have struggled so badly with getting our mail and packages delivered. Our mailbox is on the street and cars park in front of the box so everything gets marked as no access to delivery location cause the carrier won't step out of the vehicle to put mail and packages in the box. YET our neighbor has a box by their door that the carrier gladly steps out of the vehicle and goes up the step to their home to deliver to every single day. We rely on the mail for medications and business products and not receiving things in a timely manner isn't okay when it would take not even 30 seconds to step out to do. I know this is an underappreciated and taxing job, but this is getting out of hand when we can't control where other people park on a public street. ~Jourdan

The lady here is always so friendly, smiling and laughing at my goofy comments on life, work, etc. They're never so busy that I worry about running late when I need to put a few bucks in the tank on my way to work. And their gas is always steady a few cents cheaper than the BP next door. ~Joann
