Went today w my daughter. Both of our hair was super long. They took us as a walk in. We didn't have to wait very long. Both stylists we're very friendly and did a great job w our hair! Definitely will go there again! Services: Hairstyling, Haircut

I had asked for a Carmel hair color. She didn't do the hair color I had asked she did my natural hair color. Was not impressed with it. I will not go back to that person. I think she never listened to what color I said. I don't know what she was thinking when she was doing this. Services: Hair coloring, Haircut

Brought my daughter (11yr) as a walk in. Dale was beyond great. He gave her the exact haircut she wanted (she’s super picky and very staunch on what she likes) We left the salon with her having a giant “pep in her step”. He was very good with her as she can be shy at times. Will definitely be back and will request him each and every time! Honestly, we couldn’t be happier!! Services: Hairstyling, Haircut

I just made appointment here the other day and the gentleman who answered the phone told me to come in for an appointment within the hour. That made me nervous, but I was happy because it was an impulsive hair color. I’m so happy I did!! Diana was my stylist and I got a half head of highlights, and she did so good. I have horror stories from mall salons/ultas but she proved me wrong. I’m so happy with my hair. 💛 she was very personable as well. Service: Hair coloring

If I could give the Salon no stars I would. I made sure before booking my appointment that the coupon I had would work for what I wanted and was told yes , so I booked the appointment. I waited 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment. When the client before me was finally done she was very upset with how her hair was done and they basically told get it was her fault because she didn't explain it correctly. When I heard that I began to contemplate leaving, but decided to at least talk to the stylist. When I finally spoke to the stylist about what I wanted she instantly began to deter me from what I wanted. I was looking for a single process color but was told that because the color type was a high lift it would be considered a double process, which is not true and they were obviously just trying to charge me more. I have a cosmetology license and extremely knowledgeable about hair and the terms used. When I told her that I confirmed this over the phone before booking. She told me that the person I talked to didn't know what she was talking about and there was nothing that they could do about it. In addition the place was not very clean and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting like it hadn't been clean in weeks. I would never recommend this salon tip anyone.

After a bad experience at another salon, I had the pleasure of working with Paulina for my balayage. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and in agreement with everything she was doing with my hair trim and color. Most definitely the best stylist that I have ever worked with.
