I had an appointment when I dropped my vehicle off Friday morning. I spoke to a service writer and provided contact information. No one called to provide an update and when I called I was told the service writer would call me back. That did not happen. I called Saturday morning only to find that my vehicle could not be located in the system. Although, the paperwork says that an Electronic Full Circle Inspection Report Card was sent to provided text/email. I did not receive a text or email. It also states “customer picked up vehicle Saturday without diagnosis completed.” The service department is horrible and do not recommend!

I purchased a Ford Transit Cargo Van during the COVID pandemic. It took months to arrive and they couldn’t have been more patient with my excitement, guiding me patiently through registering my van for commercial use. Ask for Mani, he is a gentleman and joy to work with.

A year and a half ago I reserved a Ford Bronco... well... she finally arrived! Through the entire process my salesman, Mani, was only a text away. I had seen stories of other dealerships charging surprise ADM or adding high priced extras and was afraid Chapman would do the same... they did not. The entire team was great!! I am very happy my friend referred me to Mani and I am loving my Bronco! 💚

Chapman Ford EHT is one of the best dealerships around. My salesperson Alan and the manager Mike were great. Alex from the finance dept made the paperwork part seem seamless and fly by. I can't wait until my new truck comes in.

Jeff and the crew in the Service department are trustworthy people that diligently work to investigate and make repairs. I had a burnt out adapter module in my truck. They got the part and problem-solved the programming and now I am back up and running before RV camping season. I only bring my truck to Chapman Ford because of the great people there.

All I can say here. the staff are extremely great. The know the responsibilities like us, as a Ford Loyal customers. Your guys "solve" our problems when time we need it, because as a worker time is problem how we can do when the date of maintenance. Buying my car from Chapman was a pleasure. The price that they quoted me by Text Message was the price I paid. There was no pressure to buy any of the extended warranties and they were explained very well. There was no oops we left this out of the quote. I was showed how to use every feature of the car. The only suggestions I can make for Chapman are. 1. Being that there is a Level 2 Charger at the dealership demonstrate how to use it. 2. Try and get the buyer out a little quicker. Chapman is now my new Ford Dealer. I will go no where else.

Posting because I've never before had a negative encounter with a Ford dealer's service department. I was ignored by the old guy who wouldn't even aknowledge me so I thought I'd try the next guy down the lane. This guy had the decency to act like I should know better than to expect someone to run some codes and take my money. He told me it would be six weeks and that just to look at it would be $400. His way of saying I don't want to take your car on December 23rd. I was planning on dropping it off but not for two weeks. I'm glad this dealer is so busy but I don't understand how given the dissapointing lack of service.

Chapman Ford was amazing! We brought in our 2011 Ford Fusion for trade in. Mani, our sales man was amazing! He took care of us, was great with my son and myself. They really are the best around. They were even able to find us 2021 Bronco Sport.
