All I gotta say is ASK FOR DURAN! This guy put us in a 2022 Ford Edge with 0$ down payment. Duran was patient, on our side, negotiable, not pushy, very funny and super kind. I never experienced no customer service at a car dealership like how Duran rendered it. #askforDuran!!

I have been a loyal Ford owner for 50 plus years! BUT until my last service when I was told that the wheel lug nuts were swollen because of them being nickel plated and they wouldn’t be able to rotate my tires unless I replaced them at a cost of over $200! Wow! Poor choice of materials use by the manufacturer and should have been replaced at no charge.

Highly recommend, In addition to being so conveniently located to all the major arteries..46, 80 and only a short 7min drive from my home. they truly treat you like family. They explain in great detail what is needed to be serviced and what you can hold off on. From purchasing my vehicle to getting it serviced they have kept their promise on always putting the customer first. Definitely feel comfortable buying your next vehicle as they will take nothing but amazing care of you!!! My experience began relatively good. Sean was my salesman, and he led me to believe my car payment would be in the price range requested. In fact, he had me sign a document stating that my payment would be in that price range. He told I would have to wait for Jamie(the Finance rep) in order to move forward with the approval process. I was called and told that I was approved. At that moment, I am still under the impression that I was approved for the price range discussed, however this was not the case. Jamie, the finance rep spoke with me in his office and sold me a bunch of wolf tickets. He lied about my rate. He told me my rate would be one number and it could not be re-negotiated. However, when he wanted to include the warranty on the vehicle, he magically was able to drop the rate in order to do so. Keep in mind, the warranty is how Jamie gets paid so of course he made it happen. In short, Jamie fast talked me and was not honest about my rate. I believe that he was able to get me a better rate and keep me at the payment amount originally discussed with Sean. When I called Jamie back to try to get a better rate, he was rude and told me he was not going to continue the conversation. He was dismissive and very rude. They will lie and do anything just to make a sale. I learned some valuable lessons throughout this process. I would not purchase a vehicle with them again.

The purchase experience was great and very fast. However, what came next has been painful. The purchase included a buyout of the last month of the lease. However, shortly thereafter, Ford finance withdrew the last month's payment from my account. After reporting it, the funds were returned, only to be removed again, a second time. Still waiting on the return of the funds. Looking forward to finally ending this transaction, without Ford taking an extra payment.

Our salesman, Zach was wonderful throughout the whole process. He was upfront and honest and worked with us to provide the best deal. I always dread going to a dealership, but Wayne Ford provided a wonderful experience and I would absolutely return in the future.
