I have used these guys several different times for a few different cars in our family and EVERY TIME. they have come in with great pricing and spot on accuracy. The last time I was under a time frame and gave them a budget for the work that I could pay and they came in on time and way under budget.... Today's day and age most would say we hit your price... I ordered food from this place on a road trip a few days ago. I was the lone vegan on the trip, so we compromised to eat at Burger King where I could order an Impossible Whopper with NO CHEESE and NO MAYONNAISE. I repeated my order twice to make sure that it was clear. After a long day of traveling I put too much trust in the worker who handled my food and blindly ate what I had paid for. The texture felt odd so assumed that he went heavy with the ketchup. It wasn't until after eating more than half of the sandwich that I noticed mayo oozing out of the bun. Had to trash the rest. These are the facts, I'll keep the opinions to myself. One star. ~Rashad

They made me wait so much time. When I called they told me that I could come and they will fix it right away. However, after making the effort to go, they told me that I would have to wait over three hours just to check my tire. I was waiting one hour outside until they realize that they did not place the order. After that, they told me that they could not figure it out and I just decided that I would want it to replace the tire instead of fix it. To fix a flat tire their fare is 40 and change and to change it with the spare is 10. They have Apple Pay which is very useful, but I was just too tired and frustrated. ~imluzcusi

I just HAVE to adjust my rating for this place. It all comes from the recent experience. I booked an oil change (like we all do) and along the way noticed that there was a A/C check-up for a mere $9.99. Hey, why not? It's a check-up, right? WRONG! So once the "check-up" was done I was advised that my compressor is no good from the inside and needs replacement. Lucky for me (!) it all comes in one package and, along with refilling the system, the total charge will be $2,050. (That is probably a bit less than quarter of my car value). Of course I politely refused the offer and proceed with my oil change charge. The weather was not bad that day, no need for A/C right away. But as I was driving I noticed a hissing sound coming from the vent system. It wasn't there before. Turned my A/C on and "Voila!" - no air. None. Just hissing sound. Turned around, went back and faced, maybe a bit angrily, the clerk at the counter. The response was: " I told you your a/c is broken and needs replacement". But it bloody worked before I got to you!?!? "When we test, we put the pressure and that's when it collapsed". So are you gonna fix it back to it's state BEFORE YOU BROKE IT or not? "I gave you an offer, he said, we cannot RESTORE it but we can FIX it..." I stormed out with the promise they would hear from me (That's exactly what I am doing right now). I went straight to the local Shell station that has a workshop I used before for flats and asked them to fix the a/c. The quote: $150 for testing and then we'll know. 3 hours later he came back to me with the news of everything been done. No problem with compressor(sic), they recharged the system, put a dye in it to see if there's any leakage and guaranteed their job. It's been 2 weeks so far... Altogether for 180 BUCKS! Now tell me why is it happening? I had a suspicion before that my hands were twisted at Firestone/Bridgestone when I was told one of my taillights was off. Really? I went back home and asked my wife to witness the lights while I performed all the duties of parking, breaking and turning. Guess what? Right, they were all intact. Thus, why would you lie???? I only go down to 2 stars because the rest of my experience was to my complete satisfaction. Following that long "exhale" of mine herebelow is my initial review.... Been here multiple times. Experience varies from time to time. Mostly it's a fast service but occasionally the wait is longer than expected. But in regards to the quality of service it's always up to the bar. Nice personnel, attentive and cooperative. And you usually get a small discount on the cost of work performed if you use your Firestone credit card. ~Youri

Highly recommend, In addition to being so conveniently located to all the major arteries..46, 80 and only a short 7min drive from my home. they truly treat you like family. They explain in great detail what is needed to be serviced and what you can hold off on. From purchasing my vehicle to getting it serviced they have kept their promise on always putting the customer first. This was the best experience I’ve ever had from start to finish! The quality of home furnishings and accessories are top of the line, not to mention the professional and talented design staff. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. My designer went out of her way to make sure my shopping experience was pleasurable and productive. I love my 2 sofas and slipcovered chair! I was waiting here while having my tires done and witnessed probably six or seven groups of people with no idea of what they wanted or what they were asking for come through. These guys patiently sorted them and tried their best to get through. They did a nice job on my car and got my tires mounted a perfectly balanced. The best part was that I got my wheels back without any marks on them, which seems to be more than most dealerships can accomplish. I really appreciated the effort they put in. ~Krisztian

Ms Young is very rude!! Not explaining anything, not even please or sorry ! It’s been multiple times. Whenever I go there I’m hoping to see the other guy who is very pleasant and helpful. I hope she would get fired ! ~leyla
