I went in without an appointment because of a slow leak in one of my tires. They had many cars to do, and I could not wait, as I do not live in Wayne. (This one is near my work.) My fault for not calling first. Anyway, they filled up the tire so I could go to an ETD near my house, and put on my license plates. Much thanks to Joshua and Joshuel. They were great!

I have been going to ETD for years, this is the only shop in town my family uses. Recently I got all new tires here and despite not having them there they got them from another location and got everything done that day which was important to me because I had to get back to the city. Friendly service. Reccomend.

They made me wait so much time. When I called they told me that I could come and they will fix it right away. However, after making the effort to go, they told me that I would have to wait over three hours just to check my tire. I was waiting one hour outside until they realize that they did not place the order. After that, they told me that they could not figure it out and I just decided that I would want it to replace the tire instead of fix it. To fix a flat tire their fare is 40 and change and to change it with the spare is 10. They have Apple Pay which is very useful, but I was just too tired and frustrated.

They were great in obtaining parts as well as fixing my car which is over 20yrs old..Their mechanic Wayne was great in fixing my car. Josh was great in installing tires. Mannie along with the rest of the people who worked up front were great..place is extremely clean and very friendly. Also pricing was fair and work done in a good amount for time....So great work guys ....Thank you

My first visit there was fine, but the second visit was not. Unsure if I'll use them again, it will depend on the quoted price of the repair.

This is a great place. After the Genesis dealer wouldn’t change my tire which had a bubble in it, until September (10 week wait), I called multiple tire places. Andy from ETD was so accommodating and understanding. He scheduled an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait and 48 hours later the new tire was installed. Really knowledgeable about tires. They called my insurance company to get all the info. I can’t thank Andy, George, Danny and Manny enough for correcting a bad situation.

Took my 2014 q50 for a set of new tires and was highly pleased with the level of care that was provided. Andy, Manny, and the rest of the team did a superb job at making sure I knew what was being done on my car. Quick and easy. I definitely recommend coming here for any tire maintenance. The best. Manny, Andy and crew ALWAYS professional with a smile. Prices can't be beat. They go the extra mile and no fast talk, I use them for tires, brakes, alignment etc for years. Very clean nice lounge area with coffee, hot chocolate, Wi-Fi etc. clean bathrooms, even the garage is clean. Whenever I stop by to adjust tire pressure, they take care of me. I won’t go anywhere else.

ETD on Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne is the best. If you need new tires or your car serviced, I highly recommend them. Manny and Andy do a fantastic job.
