The fact that the pharmacy is closed daily for lunch is absurd. Also the line is always too long at the pharmacy.

The clerks at the CVS Pharmacy were extremely disorganized and incompetent. Even though they called me to tell me that my son's vitamins are ready for pick-up, it took several of them 10 minutes of disorganized searching in order to find them. Additionally, CVS kept automatically refilling some unwanted medication that we used only once several months ago. I have tried multiple times to cancel it, but they kept automatically refilling it and charging us, which is a waste of my time and resources. I complained to our pediatrician, and even she was upset with the CVS Pharmacy - the automatic refills have happened with many of her patients, and only CVS does it. The pediatrician put a note on the medication that we are no longer using it, but CVS still didn't allow me to cancel it. Finally, when I spoke to the clerk at the pharmacy, after asking her 5 times about it, she agreed to put it on hold. It is time to look for a new pharmacy.

This is repeatedly one of the worst places to do business. You can always count on waiting long lines. In addition one’s medications are not ready. You get to wait on the line again! I am done work tc CVS

It's a normal CVS, but the lines at the pharmacy become truly absurd. I realize it's proximity to SBU means it has a lot of customers, but it takes forever to get my prescriptions.

Just had the weirdest experience here. Came in to grab a birthday card quick and went on the self check out line. Once I got to the machine the employee started taking my items and ringing me up.... on self check out. It was very close proximity and I could hear him loudly sighing like this was some inconvenience even though noone asked him for help. I mean he literally scanned all my items, inserted my cash and when the change and receipt came out I waited there awkwardly not knowing if I was allowed to take it ? It's a very close space so even with out covid it was AWKWARD. I'm in my late twenties so why he would think I needed him to block the machine and ring me up is beyond me but it took twice the amount of time it would have taken me on my own plus he was blocking me from my wandering toddler it was just plain weird. He made work for himself and then was unfriendly about it. First and last time here. Editing to add the women before me rung up her own items so I'm unsure why he felt the need to insert himself into my transaction.

After waiting on line only to pick up an incorrectly filled prescription -AGAIN...was instructed to wait on the long drop off line to get the issue rectified. After nearly 15 minutes of waiting in this long line with no movement forward, I left. While I am at it, the garbage pails outside are always overflowing. Place is a pig sty. Management should be terminated. By far, this is THE WORST CVS I have ever been to. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS if possible.

Went into this store everyday this week. It is absolutly filty. An open bottle of water has sat on the floor near the pharmacy. Near the entrance there haven't been wipes but the disposal container is overflowing with used wipes and other garbage. Really unsafe conditions.

The pharmacists are very helpful, but there is usually a line, and so plan to wait. What I really dislike are the constantly overflowing trash cans and thus litter in the parking lot!! I have complained numerous times and have never seen anyone go out to check during the time I am in the store. It is pretty much status quo for the store! I actually took photos to send to corporate, because some complaints were to managers on duty and they haven’t done anything!

Being put on hold before 9pm when the pharmacy closes, and asking if we could pick up our prescription only to be constantly told they were closed even though we called well before 9pm. Got to the line as a last ditch effort and was told the person in front of us was the last customer. Customer service is a thing but apparently they never heard of it, so instead we had to go to the 24 hour CVS and even one of their workers said this ones horrible after working at this one for a short time.
