We were one of the many scammed by Michael Felice who took our money and never delivered our Hunter Douglas shades. Luckily we got our money back from our credit card. Hunter Douglas then referred us to Whitehouse, and we couldn't be happier! Zach helped us order the shades we needed, and since they gave us such a good deal and good service on the shades, we had them reupholster our dining room chairs. Daniella helped us and steered us to the type of fabric we needed (thank goodness cause the selection was massive). Both the shades and the chairs came before Thanksgiving. The chairs are more comfortable than when they were new! We were thrilled. Thanks to Zach, Daniella and Whitehouse!

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our bedroom set and counter stools. From the beginning of the ordering process Karen, the owner, took the time and had the patience to help us decide on the just right furniture for our new home. She made us feel totally safe and comfortable with Covid shopping when the store was finally permitted to open. After helping us finalize our selections, her attention to details of shipping and delivery kept us appraised of the progress of our order. We can’t wait for the rest of our furniture to come so our new home will be complete, and comfortable. I can’t recommend White House Living enough.

I could not be more pleased and satisfied with Mona Johnson. She is beyond talented and so helpful. She made my new family room perfect, cozy and warm and even picked the right paint color to finish the job. She also understood my budget and kept to it. Veronica was our designer from White House and I feel so fortunate to have met and worked with her. She has somehow managed to design a living and dining area that we love and this was not an easy task since I went in with no idea of what I wanted. I love the quality and style of the furniture as well as the finishes and fabrics. Veronica was key in choosing not only the furniture but the paint color, tile for the backsplash, window treatments, lighting, absolutely beautiful rugs and artwork. She is so easy to work with and even though I know she spent countless hours looking for the perfect pieces and that careful thought went into each selection she made the process seem effortless. The way she is able to pull everything together is truly a gift. I love Veronica’s dedication and enthusiasm and look forward to continuing to work with her on future projects.

I stumbled upon this store by chance and couldn’t be more pleased. Met with Veronica Pluta on two separate days and both times she was patient, informative, and helpful more so than any decorator at any of the other 6 stores I had visited prior. She had me email her photos of my living room and walked me through every option and then brought me around the gorgeous showroom to sit on basically every couch within my price range. I finally decided on a smith brothers sectional and also an upholstered ottoman. Veronica’s guidance and suggestions while customizing every little piece of my sectional were perfectly stated and I never felt pushed or as if my taste or wishes were put aside because she was the decorator. She is top notch and I feel so lucky to have had such a great guide in helping me redo my living room. The store itself is full of beautiful pieces and so many different manufacturers to choose from. The fabric end of the showroom is also something to see. Hundreds and hundreds of options and never a rush to get you out of the store. Surprisingly my pieces came in earlier than I expected and the and men who came to deliver took extreme care with bringing each piece into my home and setting it up for me. Total pleasure with this store from start to finish. I will be back for sure. I highly recommend you take the time to visit the store and if possible request to meet with Veronica!! You won’t be disappointed

Veronica was our designer for our home renovation, and we are extremely pleased with the process and results. We started out with a family room and we were so happy with her plans that we expanded to include the dining room, living room, and master bedroom. She designed our home down to the last detail, including furniture, roller shades (Hunter Douglas), artwork, lamps, sculptures, lighting, and even offered suggestions on things like paint color and carpet. This resulted in a custom, integrated, and unique look to our home – everything looks like it was designed just for us. For example, when we couldn’t find a dining room buffet to meet our needs, Veronica had a vendor make one for us to our design specifications. And most of what we purchased was American made, which was important to us. We found that Veronica had an uncanny ability to understand our style preferences and propose designs that we loved. She was committed to our complete satisfaction, and she and White House Living stood behind every product they delivered -- in the event something was not to our satisfaction, they made it right. In terms of her working style, Veronica is highly professional and communicative. All information regarding pricing, timelines, quality, dimensions, color, etc. was clearly communicated to our satisfaction. At our design meetings, Veronica was always prepared and focused on accomplishing our goals for that meeting. Finally, she was very accommodating to our pace of work (some decisions we needed more time to make, and others we made quickly and needed items ordered and delivered within a tight time frame given construction timelines). In all situations she responded accordingly and had her team (installers, deliverymen, assistants, colleagues) ensure our needs were met. We had a lot of fun working with Veronica and would recommend her, without reservation or qualification, to anyone.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had from start to finish! The quality of home furnishings and accessories are top of the line, not to mention the professional and talented design staff. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. My designer went out of her way to make sure my shopping experience was pleasurable and productive. I love my 2 sofas and slipcovered chair! I would recommend White House Living to anyone who is decorating their home.

We were referred to Veronica Pluta by close friends. We were wary of using an interior designer at first as we did not want to feel pressured to spend money. Our experience was totally opposite what we expected! Veronica was a pleasure to work with. She listened to us, understood what we were hoping to achieve in our room, came up with a creative floor plan and an incredible design presentation. She spent a few hours with us in the showroom, looking at pieces and fabrics. We ended up redoing two entire rooms and adding window treatments and a rug to a third room. Everything was custom designed to suit our tastes and needs. We could not be happier and would highly recommend Veronica!!!
