If you need a nice wake up call in the mornings, the morning workers at the Bread Co. are A1. Jenna, Brandon, and Shawn (Shaun) are so incredibly kind, and are an absolute breath of fresh air in the morning. I love the sausage, egg and cheese on Asiago Bagel, and there drinks are fantastic. Keep up the great work!

This is not a friendly location. There were two mistakes (wrong soup and cut my bagel when asked not to) on my order and the manger made it seem as if I was the one who was wrong. Was at a different location a couple of days later where there was a minor oversite of not enough baguettes for the order and the manager apologized and gave my daughter a free cookie for the mistake.

This location constantly underperforms. It’s come down to a lack of customer service. Today at 130pm they were out of ingredients! How is that possible!? Most times when we order we get wrong items or missing items, then spend time rectifying the issue. It’s simple….better quality control is needed from this location and more care in handling customers needs…..corporate needs to go back to their old business model from the late 90’s early 00’s.

My partner and I came in for lunch, him being vegetarian they are out of hummus for the Mediterranean sandwich so he ordered the grilled mac and cheese pay for the order we're sitting down they call me up to the counter to tell me that they're out of mac and cheese also!! Very disappointing so my partner got his money back and we're leaving!!

Went inside dining. Turkey Bacon sandwich was spot on. Had avacado and a really good bread. Super friendly cashier-order taker. Clean tables

Me and my boyfriend order food we ordered the chicken avocado sandwich with NO avocado still put the avocado on there. Called talked to Jordan she said to come in to get the whole order replaced we went in the next night we told her what was wrong and she asked what we wanted we told her same as receipt says even the manger over her told her well she was too busy on her phone talking to her boyfriend asking he wanted to eat and just cussing on the phone in front of customers then she gave us the food I checked it and it was STILL WRONG! Talked to the other manger working don’t remember her name was an older black female she was nice and replaced the items messed up. I hear Jordan telling her coworker “its messed up but it’s the end of the day for me” like my order doesn’t matter because it’s the end of your shift?!??? Like what?!? VERY disappointed in this location I will be going to the Affton location way better, nice, cleaner! Shame how they hire people to be “ management“ but don’t know how to do their job.

I recently got the monthly drink membership and it's well worth it. Everyone that works there is so friendly!! It's a pleasure to go in and make my coffee everyday!

I ordered on the app and hoped to grab my order in drive through on my way home because I had a sleeping toddler and infant in the car. The associate was incredibly rude and refused to serve me. I insisted and another associate was also rude but said she would bring it out if I pulled up. She handed it to me without my drink and was rude about it. The drink wasn’t worth the hassle of having to deal with her. When I got home I realized the order was wrong. It was a very simple order and I even tipped $2. I worked at a Panera in Colorado for 2 years, was even a certified trainer, and we were taught to serve the customer and always to make things right for them. I’m surprised that in St. Louis that this is how they train their staff. This could have easily been a 5 star review from a grateful, tired mother but instead, I won’t ever come back to this location.

Once again they did not put what I ordered and paid for in my bag. How much money do you think they are making this way? People are paying for items they don’t receive some grift they have going on. Hey why don’t they take that money and pay for a good chef to come up with better menu items? But no, let’s offer more disgusting pizzas and salads. It is like they are purposefully trying to put themselves out of business.

My wife and I make jokes about this location. You place your order and they deliver whatever they want to. What the heck is this? I ordered a Frontega Chicken sandwich and they added avocado and red pepper. Also ordered a bowl of French Onion soup and got Broccoli Cheddar. Never a dull moment. I wish I had time to cook at home on my lunch break.
