Best cafe in O'Fallon, Missouri (MO) 2025

I ordered on the app and hoped to grab my order in drive through on my way home because I had a sleeping toddler and infant in the car. The associate was incredibly rude and refused to serve me. I insisted and another associate was also rude but said she would bring it out if I pulled up. She handed it to me without my drink and was rude about it. The drink wasn’t worth the hassle of having to deal with her. When I got home I realized the order was wrong. It was a very simple order and I even tipped $2. I worked at a Panera in Colorado for 2 years, was even a certified trainer, and we were taught to serve the customer and always to make things right for them. I’m surprised that in St. Louis that this is how they train their staff. This could have easily been a 5 star review from a grateful, tired mother but instead, I won’t ever come back to this location. ~Erin
