Kal is simply the best. He not only provide a professional and knowledgeable car service, but he is a honest and a sincere person. It's very hard to find such a genuine person in difficult times who doesn't rips customers. I have experienced it on lots of occasions through dealerships ripping me of hundreds of dollars and even stealing stuffs left in the car like money and sunglasses. Kalpesh has been our family mechanic for many years, probably about 20 at least. The reason we keep going back to him is because he is honest and he does the best he can to make sure your problem is fixed. Comparing prices isn't always a good measure of quality but I take comfort in knowing he may suggest doing something extra to prevent a significant chance of failure down the road. I have never felt like he has tried to pad the bill or offer services that I did not need. The proof of his integrity and expertise is in on display when you go to the shop, you will be lucky to find a place to park your car since there are so many inline for work by him and his team.
