First I would like to state that this Store Gave me amazing service. Since I came into the store I felt welcomed . The employees were all so nice and helpful. Even the manager came out to help the employee find something nice for my wife. I would recommend this location to anyone I know. Best customer experience at a victoria secret so far!

I went with my girlfriend and staff wasn't helping, or well trained when measuring her size. Place is well organized even at busy times. Best place to go for lingerie.

overall I have no issues with victoria sercet any other time and I even got better customer service at the other malls. but for some reason your Sunday crew of 8/29. was straight up unprofessional. I was with my disabled mother and daughter, got many looks like they thought my disabled mother wanted to try on bras.. when we were there for my daughter. Then asked for my daughter to get measured. they had to go through three people just to get her sized. Then finally lady didn't want to touch her and trying get my daughter to hold the tape measure and do it her self. My daughter is fourteen didn't have a clue what she was doing and I had to help. had to go through two people just to unlock the dressing room door just try on her bras on and two shirts that she wanted. end getting more disgusting by everyone I ended up getting one bra. left the other bras and shirts. end up waiting at checkout with no cashier to be found. Then finally cashier comes waited on someone else when we're first. So yeah.. pretty my daughter size bra is only carried online. From the looks we were getting like they didn't want to be bothered by us. Plus the store wasn't even busy. Only two other couples were there. So yea they only cater to certain type of people.. so for your Sunday crew is a negative 0 stars across the broad.

I went there the other day and the manager was awful. She was unfriendly, had an attitude and thought she could walk away mumbling under her breathe. I really didn't appreciate any of it. I will not go there. I'll find a different store to go to!

This store is trash. I was overqualified for this position that I interviewed for and I called to check my application status and the hiring manager said 'they were still reviewing applications'. Then I arrived home and received a rejection email from them dated this morning, before the phone call. This brand is garbage anyway, excluding transwomen and plus size women. I will never shop at any VS store, especially after this unprofessional experience.

I had a pleasant visit. The employees smiled at me when I came in. They weren't overbearing. In fact as I was looking through a rack a lady approached me and ask if I was finding everything alright. Then said if she could be of help just let her know. I appreciate not being smothered in any store. They had a great sale and I got a beautiful pair of leggings for $5.00!
