Coming into the store it can become very overwhelming. I'm not going to lie, I was ready to walk out the store but I was approached by Jesenia. She was such a sweet heart. She made me feel so comfortable. She help me find what I needed and helped me understand things that was new to me. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure you leave happy and satisfied. I'm happy with the products that she encouraged me to try and she was right. Definitely will be back to see what else she can get me to try😊

I came in last night for the first time and was immediately greeted by Makayla, she gave me a VIP card since it was my first time there, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was so nervous to shop, but she made my experience shockingly comfortable. She told me that this was only her third week there, but for only working weekends and not even a month she was incredibly knowledgeable, comfortable and helpful. What a sweat heart. Although the prices are a bit high for what I was expecting, she helped me find something in my price range and hooked me up with my VIP discount. The store is as massive as they say it is, they really must have over 100,000 items as advertised! RD did NOT disappoint. I already can't wait to come back again.

Came with my partner to check the store out on a Tuesday at 3 Pm. After browsing the store we decided to purchase some of the products. On the way out we noticed the sign that says about the 50% off on Tuesdays . We came right in after being literally 3 min outside the store and asked about the 50% off that the manager Monica did not mentioned to us. She said the it starts after 4 pm. When I asked to return the products and buy again after 4 pm to get the 50% off( over a 200 Dollar less) Monica the menager was rude and refuse to cooperate with us. We left the store with a bad feeling and instead of making sure that we are satisfied costumes that will recommend to our friends and keep coming she did the worst thing a shop menager can do and made us not wanting to go back there again. The store offer a variety of option( a bit overwhelming) but was nice over all. Too bad the Monica the menager couldn't help our experience be better.
