truly truly truly the most accommodating staff especially for how busy their location must be. ALWAYS willing to help and clarify and answer questions when insurance changes things around on me. i always feel respected and that my needs as a person who takes medication are being taken seriously. plus, the staff asked if there was a preferred name i'd rather pick my hormones/other meds up as without being prompted as i had no idea that was even an option. truly being located INSIDE a target in MIDWAY st paul has to be insane and overwhelming but i've never run into any issues beyond being asked to wait ~20 minutes for my meds to get refilled on short notice. pharmacists can get such a bad rap as the retail end of a truly maddening healthcare system so props to them for keeping it together despite that.

the pharmacists have always been so helpful and patient. I’m a human-medication cocktail with my thyroid meds and such and they are so helpful whenever my insurance screws up. The pharm assistants are also so sweet and helpful.

I understand some people are annoyed by the wait times... For how busy this location is, the wait times are completely understandable. My husband uses the Cub pharmacy across the street and I absolutely HATE picking up medications there compared to how smooth and quickly the line goes here at this CVS location.

Rude costumer service every time I shop here, today will be my last. The cashiers is extremely rude, today the guy was cursing, bang-in on the self checkout machine out of anger because it was froze. I put my items back and left, I wanted no parts in his frustration. I get we’re human, but geez! All of the costumer in line were pretty patient and didn’t mind waiting, there was no need for him to do all that.

Would not sell insulin syringes without prescription?! MN state law is that to buy upto 10 only a valid ID is needed. Thanks for keeping an awful cycle of disease a reality. Harm reduction is what should be your practice in Healthcare & pharmaceutical. But its money, & indifference to human suffering. SAD

The pharmacist refused to fill the prescription my doctor sent in. I had to call my doctor and after a long wait, my doctor called him back and basically had to give him an earful to fill it. The pharmacist told me he was "skeptical" she was actually a doctor. Unbelievable

I'd give negative stars if I could. I had to give my info 3 times for the girl to figure out how to find Rx 1. Was asked if I wanted to get Rx 2 elsewhere. They refused to fill Rx 3 for 3 weeks, and refused to transfer it when I asked. The guy today finally transfered it after I had to yell at him. It should never have been that difficult. The staff is horrible and either don't know how to do their job, like the first girl, or just won't.

I when there to fill my medicine that was told it was ready by email those idiots told me no. Not ready yet til 9th . That's funny I was able to refill it through my insurance. Honestly lazy . We will not be back.

Always try to be as belpful as possible. Once I got everything transfered there has been no problems. All of the techs there have done everything they could to get things right. Thanks CVS.
