The quality of stitching is decent, but hat quality is not up to par. Not only was the front of the hat disformed after the logo was stitched on to the hat, but he quality of the hats are poor. After a few games (softball) the the black started to fade drastically and change color. Their sizing is way off, I wear a 7 5/8 hat for every fitted hat I buy, but theirs run big. I feel like I have a halo. This is the 2nd hat I've order from them and if I had redo button I would never do it again. Lastly their customer service is very dismissive and could careless about you after you've paid.

#TrueCustom I’ve been to many custom, embroidery and print shops. This team puts the customer experience first and can print/embroider whatever you provide. The quality they use is made to last, had the safety vest made last year and it in the wash hundreds of times and still looks pristine. There is no challenge for them, then can always provide a solution that makes the customer happy. Recommend this place to anyone that would like a quality job for a fair price.

So happy I found Cali customs in the palisades mall. I was trying to get my sister’s in law logo on 2 shirts, I checked a few places online but the prices were so high because the logo had many different colors in it and because it’s considered a small quantity. Plus I needed it within few days so the price went up even more. I came a cross Cali customs walking in the mall and figured I’ll just check. The were very nice and helpful. They even help me fix some details in the logo, and told me it will be done in 30 minutes, shirts came out great! and The price was way less than online, I didn’t have to pay shipping or faster time fee. I ended up making few more shirts as they have many different colors, fonts and designs to work with. I used to go to some mall kiosks in the past but they always said they can only make most stuff in a box shape or on white shirt. Now I have a new go to spot :)

Have you ever wanted to custom make anything?!?! Well, CALI CUSTOM IS THE PLACE!!! The best quality and no one ever regretted buying anything here!! The customer service is awesome!!! They are friendly, professional, and considerate!!! I would recommend this place to everyone it’s my #1 go to place in the mall!!!

While they do decent work, they are definitely overpriced. Make sure you shop around before selecting them. The employees were very kind and helpful but the manager was rude and abrasive. When I simply asked the person who was helping me to explain the pricing, I heard him complain about me as I left he store. It was completely unprofessional. Lucky for them, I already paid and was in a rush to get the t-shirts done. If I need a custom job again, I am definitely going to try other places before returning to them. Also be prepared to wait about an hour to get your work done.

Great staff been going there for quite some time and I've never had a bad experience. I see many people say they're overpriced but i think many people confuse custom work with a wall decal or a regular t shirt that comes with a design already. They are also current, anything that is happening at the moment they know about it and make it happen. Great quality, never had anything of the merch' from them get damaged or ruined from washing and wearing. I would definitely recommend.

Wow what an amazing store. Brought my son in here for his Birthday and one of the owners just gave my son a fifty% discount on a supreme bag. Got to custom make him a sweater did not have to wait too long for it. So Thankful for that. Store is amazing customer service is awesome. I would come back very soon.

Extremely friendly owner and staff with plenty of patience. Excellent job on The the embroidery on my 4 car seat headrest And nice custom tee shirt as well all done in less than 2hrs . will definitely do business with them again.
