This is the worst experience ever my insurance company suggested different places to get my car Service wasn’t aware that They didn’t do all the things that needed to be done to my vehicle The representative I spoke with said they did everything and that’s one of the reasons why I agreed upon. About location however that wasn’t the case which is fine what Has me upset is that they refused to answer the phone for me I was trying to communicate with them with the next person that will be picking up my vehicle I had to call several times for several different numbers that was unacceptable right now the towing company is in transition to come pick up my vehicle from Pep Boys I feel disrespected and it was Uncalled for they could’ve communicated with me answer the phone for me but yet they chose not to and this is why they’re doing this with you also I did speak with someone to tell me that I did everything is fine and it’s cool at the same time they should’ve answered the phone how would they know the tow truck that’s gonna pick up the vehicle off the keys to if they don’t communicate with me it’s just unbelievable horrible service I’m sorry this is just ridiculous this is a day before my birthday and I feel really upset about it I’m very excited about getting my car fixed at the other location I communicated with the people that are going to fix it and they’re going to do a wonderful job however this review is for Pep Boys Mableton Parkway it is ridiculous absurd and very disrespectful

I made an appointment for today at 8:30am. For an oil change and new front brakes. I read the reviews and thought this is easy maintenance. The website said for my truck it would be $274. for pads and turn the rotors. It has been 26k since my new rotors and it was vibrating when I stopped. He said you need new rotors in the beginning I said ok, will it be ready today. He said "maybe" first red flag, I asked twice "maybe". I noticed.no was in the bays and no door was opened. Then he told me $680. For the job.i said no and left. Then I drove to the Austell location which the reviews said was better, they said $707. And they also said it might be ready today??? I have had this truck for 11 years and F150's for the last 20 years and I I have never paid over $500. even at the Ford dealership. I looked up the rotors and pads and buying the premium is $250. for part's. If they want almost $500. for labor of an hour job they are crazy. I will take it to the dealership tomorrow. I tried them once, never again. Good luck.

Your employee Frank dont have to answer that its his first day back and have an attitude when i ask About my car that I dropped off yesterday early in the morning that he saying I won't be able to pick up to the end of the day today . If you don't know ask somebody but he wants to tell me to call back and ask somebody else... are you incapable of doing the same thing that Tammy does and she is also a front desk?

if i could give 0 stars i would! rude is an understatement. went online and made an appointment just to get there and be told there were 6 cars in front of me that i would have to drop off. what is the point in making an appointment? disabled and live alone. i can't drop off! so i asked when i could bring back and not have to drop off and the rude guy said when you can drop off! that's the whole point i can't drop off!!!!!!!! never again! this should be against ADA guidelines!

My call wasnt as important as other calls to the black male with glasses i think named Kevin At THe front desk. caught a flat and had to be towed there. I was rushed off the phone and told they have others calls and i think all because im paying with coverage and not cash.... this associate kept cutting me off and pulled a power play and let me know they could go look at it now or later had me talking on egg shells to go the way he wanted. Very off putting 24 hour update: They have yet to call me back since yesterday I had to call back this morning for them to tell me my insurance needed pictures why weren't pictures taken yesterday when I dropped off the car this is insane Great and the lady said she don't know if pictures were taken. why are yall behind?!?!

Tammy was so great!! She explained everything and answered all of my questions I had about getting my breaks replaced. She definitely put me at ease because spending money unexpectedly can make a lot of people nervous. If anything else happens to my car I'll definitely be back because of Tammy!!! Great experience!!!

Really nice guys. Went to autozone first to get my battery checked and they said it was fine, but it wasn’t fine. Took it better and they rechecked it when i pulled up and had me a new battery in and out while being busy. They also inform you on everything going on and explain what everything means. Will definitely return

Went in for an oil change and didn't look at my receipt until I got home. Called to ask a question about a charge and the phone went unanswered. Called again hours later and sure enough they had overcharged me. You figure they would say sorry for thier mistake but I just got an explanation of they are busy. They can't give me the money back unless I come back into the store, so now I have a credit waiting to be used in 6 months. Not sure I well ever use that credit now.

Ordered a battery and paid online for it. Picked that location for pick up. Says it is in stock. Go to store to pick it up and they say they do not have it. I remind them that the online inventory says they have it. They come back and they do have it. But it has been obviously been used and installed in another car. I say no thanks to that one and they call the larger store up on Austell road. They have it in stock and say ok come pick it up. First store cannot figure out how to cash it out and says just deal with the other store (already paid online). Get to the next store and they have the battery but try to charge me for it. I show the receipt that I printed from the web showing it was paid for. They say technically the money I paid already is credited to the other store and I have to pay this store for the battery and then try to get refunded the original purchase online. Finally the tire guy comes over and calls and gets the original online money cancelled then I buy the battery at the second price. Both places are now oil change places for the Amazon vans. Dont have to go back there again.
