The quality of a retailer is always stricken by poor costumer service. Gross and poorly trained cashier employee. She is THE stigma to this location and if she actually had a name tag on her name would be here. Deplorable.

It's a very clean place only thing is why is this place called dollars General and nothing is a Dollar anymore..they might as well call it a variety store or a few extra dollar General?

Great upgrade from the dollar general store. They expanded their frozen section, added some fresh items, such as some veg and vacuum packed meats, even roasts. It is by no means a grocery store such as an ACME but it is good for a quick run to pick up a quick dinner items. They also accept EBT/ SNAP cards. Thats good for me as it is a short distance from my house.

Every one of the Managers and assistant managers goes the extra mile to do their utmost to help customers. A number of the other staff members are extra courteous and helpful. You can find unbeatable prices on clearance items. Their regular prices are lower than many other retailers. The company regularly offers a 20% discount coupon when you buy $ 25 dollars on select Saturdays. My first choice if I am looking for good value.

Now before everyone gets angry, I know it’s a dollar general and the employees are not too happy but to not have a cashier with the ability to void or do an exchange when on duty is just beyond horrible customer service. My husband got the wrong dishwash and I went back with my husband the next day to exchange for the one I wanted. A middle aged cashier straight up tells me he can’t void or carry on with the exchange as his manager stepped out and he doesn’t know when the manager will return. The stupidity in the process was beyond me. I had about $15 worth of household stuff in hand and we not only paid the $15 but also kept the $5.30 dishwasher. I know it’s a small amount to pay but I think we got tricked to spend $20.50 when all I needed was a dishwasher until my next trip to Walmart. Never shopping again in this place again

Employes were friendly and helpful. It was a big store with surprisenly a large selection of everything. Even tons of brand names. The inventory was low but it was shortly after Christmas. I stopped in for some odd things B's found everything I wanted And left with more. Very cute home decors also. Pleasantly Pleased.

The cashier associate girl walks around the store on her cell phone. When I asked her where I could find 2 items in the store, she pointed at some aisles & continue to walk in the opposite direction & continue to talk on her phone. She was not helpful & her customer service skills at the checkout counter was so unprofessional. If I was an Undercover Boss, I would FIRE her. However, the thin framed, male black manager is ALWAYS helpful, kind & friendly.

Shelves are kept very organized and price tags under the correct items. It's obvious when something is sold out. The online coupon system is so easy and makes shopping more fun. This DG has a large home section and miscellaneous section to get distracted in. Be careful, it's right in the front but there's always something cool or a great deal on essentials. Just wish some of the regular staff were a little more welcoming and helpful. Overall great place to save money🤑

This is one of the best dollar generals by far. I took a friend there today. Who has never shopped there before. And the cashier(Tee tee) and store manager(Mr.Donald) was so patient with us. As today was the last day of the sale. Can't wait to go back......

Really nice and helpful staff. Usually quiet and roomy aisles make selecting your goods easy. Their Digital Coupons are uncomplicated and the digital receipt breaks down your savings for easy reading not to mention you'll never forget them. This store may look small but stocks all the items you'll need. Some surprises are gift cards, phones, carpet steamer, movies, greeting cards, seasonal and more! Help keep a good store like this clean and welcoming and appreciate the staff employed here.
