Best dollar store in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

The sign on the door says closed for cleaning. It definitely needs a complete overhaul and cleaning. I recently found mouse droppings on canned foods. The "store manager" I came into contact with last year needs to be trained on how to do her job and how to properly speak to & treat her customers and employees. I was shocked when she told a cashier to pay me out of his own pocket when I was overcharged for an item (more than price listed on shelf). He was instructed not to take it out of the register! I have been charged twice for items almost every time I visit. I had to check my receipts before leaving the store. I witnessed female employees laughing loudly and cursing, "f#@king" this and that, etc. This store is an embarrassment. Is anyone responsible for the oversight of the Family Dollar stores? ~Michelle

The quality of a retailer is always stricken by poor costumer service. Gross and poorly trained cashier employee. She is THE stigma to this location and if she actually had a name tag on her name would be here. Deplorable. ~Sophia

The staff used to be nice.the new staff is not so nice or professional. They close at 9:00pm but they asked me to leave at 8:45pm. After arguing with another customer. But after I leave they continue to let other’s customers in to shop. I am calling to talk to the manager in the morning. Because the one last night has no control over her employee’s ~Brandi
