Not open 24 hours. Always closed when I come by around 11 pm. Google should update this because its clearly not a 24 hour Race track. Signs placed at door blocking off entrance

The worst RacTrac I ever been to. 12/14 at approximately 2:40 pm, I enter to use the restroom and the get some gas. On the way to the restroom, there was tissue paper on the floor by the bathroom. I ignore that, once in the lady's room the 2 stalls were not flushed. I waved my hand but it didn't work. I went to the register area, where 3 employees in the area. The guy was count money, another lady was eating, and the third was just standing there. I asked, "was the toilets down this hours?" she responded no, nothing is wrong with the toilets, and she hasn't been in there. I explained again, the toilets were not flushed and i was trying to use the bathroom. She continue to say nothing is wrong and asked the man counting the money was there anything wrong with the toilets? Then tells me they been working all day nothing is wrong with them. The guy counting the money mentioned, he would check when he is done. So, I have to wait for a man to go check the bathroom and two female employees, was standing right there. Customer service is everything. luck for them, I had a 3pm appointment and I wasn't evaluating this location. If the floor was dirty then so is the cooking area. NASTY!! They clearly need a new Manager and staff!!!

Worst gas station ever. Tear it down and put a QT. 4pm in the day and this place is closed for no reason. This gas station is never opened.

This location never prints out a receipt at the gas pump for their customers. Forcing people to go inside the store to retrieve receipts, for what? When you go in the store you see employees not wearing masks, people coming in and out of the store, touching items with their dirty hands at the Swirl World. Two employees in the store, you go up to late night walk up window to ask for the receipt the pump wouldn’t print for the umpteenth time in a couple of months, only to not be greeted by two employees ignoring me at the walk up window, before they finally got tired of me standing there ringing the bell, and out of the blue told me, “we’re closed,” and walked away. Zero customer service. This has gone on long enough, we have tried to let things slide due to labor shortages and everything and we understand that this is a current issue. However, this has been our experience at this location long before the pandemic, giving folks the benefit of the doubt got us absolutely nowhere, we can no longer spend our money at RaceTrac. They have officially lost my family and I as customers. ZERO STARS

Soo tonight is my birthday. An we stopped at this location to use the restroom and buy snacks. Before 11pm the restroom was blocked off. Then Rudely told that it was closed. Really dude. If ur open then ur restroom needs to be. We left without buying anything or using the restroom.

The manger on duty tonight was super helpful and sweet I think her name was Selena. She was a very beautiful Spanish lady, she helped me out find the tire repair kit for my car! She’s a lifesaver! Give that woman a raise!!

There is a cashier at the location on Floyd with locks who is extremely helpful. I did not catch her name but she was very perceptive and has the warmest smile. Perfect combination to put someone in a better mood. Thank you young lady. You probably don't think you did anything special but that is why it was.

The absolute worst station I've ever been to. The pumps are old and half of them don't work. Close the inside at 11pm. 1 of only 2 Racetracs I've ever seen that close. On top of that several occasions they close the entire store down including the window with a cheap, printed piece of paper taped to the glass. Trash is consistently overflowing the trash cans outside. Several issues with this store. Where's a QT when you need it!!

Kathryn has excellent customer services skills and over the top manners. I have had the best experience everyday I come in around 6pm when I'm getting off of work just for the coffee.

This location is okay. They have a major layout problem inside. There is always a traffic jam at the soda fountains and a ton of room by the frozen yogurt. Also, they can't seem to keep some of the things in stock that they provided coupons for with the summer refillable cups.
