managers here are not well trained enough to handle problems when it comes to customers problems...they dont override two days expired coupons. i told the manager i forgot to used it and its my daughters birthday on Monday so if i can use it to buy clothes for her birthday...they said No we dont override expired coupons. just like that. it was an honest mistake ..and i even opened up an account with this company.im so dissapointed.

Been going to this location for years and have had no complaints. The clearance section is so cheap they basically give you clothing for free. Lots of cool designs for the kids. Also some designs offer matching adults sizes! (I believe that’s online.)

Hi, The Children’s Place at the palisades mall are fortunate to have Rebecca as the store manager working along with Jaylin, I was shopping there yesterday late afternoon and they helped me out a ton with so much care and patients that I never experience before Yes, they deserve a reward. I hope that all the other shifts will take after them.

No wonder it’s empty all the time. They’re so unprofessional and rude and cold. They wouldn’t accept any returns without receipt when I had over $200 worth purchase to be made in hand. Never going there again.

I was shopping on a Saturday. When it was time to check out I didn't have enough to buy for my coupons so I stepped off line for something else. When I got back on line I saw my clothes next to the cashiers' ice tea, soda, and fruit punch. I decided not to say anything until my shirt touched Joanna (one of the cashier's) straws. That's when I spoke up and told her that my purchase touched her used straw. She said I didn't see that. I then said I don't think you should have drinks out where clothes are. Joanna shrugged her shoulders. I asked for the manager who was behind her. Her name was Rebecca. I asked her if she thought it was Okay if drinks were out where clothing is. She said yes it was Okay. I asked who the store manager was. They refused to tell me. I said that I would contact corporate and that I wouldn't have made this into a thing if they had just sincerely apologized and put their drinks on a shelf where there's no clothing. Drinks on the counter at a store is not acceptable. I would go back to this store as long as Joanna and Rebecca weren't there or if they apologized and changed their bad habits. They are unprofessional. This is the first bad experience that I have had at the children's place.

Worse store EVER! Even the managers are unprofessional. I wish I could give zero stars. I don’t know anyone who ever has a good experience at this location. They accused me of stealing an item I walked in the store with. The cashier laughed out loud as I searched for the receipt and was surprised when I found it. The manager saw this and said nothing.

Nesia and Rebecca are very helpful. The atmosphere there is very professional. For a retail store the staff maintains the shelves of clothes neatly.

Low quality clothing and why does everything have to have a giant logo on it have WIFI sayings on the shirts. How old is this shop for? Definitely not for teenagers.
