I have walked in here a couple of times! Employees are very rude and they follow you through the store (very obvious) like your there to steal. Every time I went with my children it was always the same. My sons like the cool boxers they sell there because they have tons of cool designs but never again will we ever come to this store!!

Just had to come on here and give a HUGE shoutout to Aerie employee, Sam. I had a baby 4 months ago and was struggling finding a strapless bra that fit me well. Sam was AMAZING. She was kind, compassionate, and so helpful. As I cried in the changing room, she said, we are going to find you a bra! And we did! She brought me many different styles and sizes to try on and finally one fit just right. I so appreciate her amazing customer service, thank you Sam & Aerie !!

I absolutely loved going to this store! I've never shopped at an American Eagle/Aerie store and I went for the first time, it was so fun. Got some really cute clothes from here.

Decent enough. Always a sale on something... never pay full price. Some signs aren't clear as to what is/isn't on sale. Thought the jeans we're $39 but they rang up as $19.99. if we'd known we would have gotten a couple pair but no way we're getting out of line and back in again.
