Got a flat right next to their entrance gate at 9pm during a snowstorm. Knocked but no answer, finally got someone on phone and they said no. I just needed a jack. They are a tow service.. They then proceeded to plow their lot and closed the gate right next to me. Do business anywhere but here.

Imagine yourself stranded on a remote road, zero cell service, few homes in area, all second homes with no one home. Finally came to a house where a man was installing flooring and, he let us use the landline I'm not from the area andI had a hard time communicating to the woman who answered the phone. It seemed pretty simple to me, head to the northern leg of West St, go south and you will find me. She kept on about, how do you get to West St. Finally, she said, we're not running all over Mount Washington looking for you, and I begged her to help me, then she hung up. Call Steve's. They came out promptly and had NO trouble finding me.

Love these guys. Really worked with me after my Volvo was crashed and I didnt have comprehensive insurance. They made it doable for me. They did a great job. My car looks better than ever, and they kept me informed every step of the way. They took care of me. Would recomend to anyone

We were treated very well. My son was in Great Barrington with our Subaru and it broke down with a screech and a bang, the description my son gave had me very worried. These guys took care of AAA towing, helped my son and his friends get where they were going, and and fixed the car that day; no issue since. I showed my invoice to my own mechanic and his first words to me were "wow, they were very fair".

Terrible, unprofessional, and unacceptable work. The work completed on my vehicle was so poor that a state inspector has been called. The owner won't even speak to me about resolving this matter at all! Stay away! Don't get work done by them! They believe and have stated in so many words that because my car was older that they didn't need to do the work to high standards. Blue book value of my car is $7,000 and now the paint job, body work, and poor mechanical condition-my car is worth half. That should say something! I am a young teacher who relied on this vehicle to get to and from work. Now it's been sitting at another body shop for almost a month. The only person who deserves any respect is Jen, because regardless of how angry I am she is still pleasant. Take your work elsewhere.

Did my fiancée car. Charged us for them to remove multiple object to paint our car. Paint is peeling due to them not removing it. Also we asked to wrap the rims up and they got overspray all over the new rims. Also did on a panel I can see a define marks on where they repaired the dent. They didn't put enough paint the over where they repair the dent. When taken back in to get it fixed. They scatched the car up and tried covering it up by wet sanding it and they messed up and there is clear marks of the sand paper making it circular rotation. I say do not go there. They don't care about the customers opinion. They do terrible work. They lied and they cheat their way out of doing the job right.
