Ignore the posted hours, stopped by two days in a row during business hours and they were NOT OPEN. They should stay closed. Drive the hour to nearest real parts store. These clowns are completely useless.

Didn't have the $2.50 batteries in stock for key fob. Wouldn't replace regular car battery despite another salesperson able to do for a previous customer.

Normally haven't had issues with this Napa store. My father and I have shopped here multiple times. My mother went in the other day, clerk was rude and pushy. Apparently this person thought my mother was ignorant with mechanical stuff. We all have a background with automotive and machinery. Clerk tried making mom buy a $700 bearing puller after clerk told her they have $100 rentals.

Walked in at 6:35 when you close at 7 we needed roughly $300 to $450 in parts walked up to register the manager a woman with a nasty attitude was already counting drawer. Looked at us and said you got 10 minutes I'm already counting drawer. My suggestion if you are open to 7 and are the manager great is withba smile not a nasty attitude will not be shopping here anymore. Lost a good customer and will be spreading word around town. Obviously she has more important things to do than her job. Would rather spend more money at a different store than deal with nasty attitudes when it wasn't even close to 7:00......
