Chemin Metairie Store Youngsville, LA The sales reps -(Kyla and a gentleman rep)were courteous, extremely knowledgeable in EVERY aspect, including wireless, internet, directv, iPhones , promotions, plans -all of these aspects were discussed at length, resulting in new iPhone purchase, new plan, directv streaming serv. Also they were extremely helpful in getting my bill lower without compromising service. A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE THAN THE HOUR+ telephone call (611) I experienced the day before.

I had a fairly difficult problem. Taj (ATT Rep) was courteous and remembered me from a previous visit (nice touch!) he quickly had me on my way and my problem solved. Overall a good experience!

Bought 2 brand new I phone 13 with some accessories 10 days ago. 2900.00 total.1 accessories was a charger you plug in wall.long story short the charger did not work.My wife went to store to exchanged. The manager tried charger and agreed it was not working. Told her he cannot exchange till she bring in receipt. Now keep in mind he was in store when we made purchase 10 days ago.He could have easilylooked on computer and found the receipt. When I return to store with receipt he tells me he can not exchange cause I did not have box it came in. Said I had to buy another. He was very unprofessional and rude and after some back and forth told me to leave his store that he was not replacing. Come to find out this is a franchise store which means they can make their own rules. I call AT&T which after speaking to two folks refer me to a corp AT&T store on Pinhook and Hwy 89 . Omg what great folks. Come to find out the charger actually has a 1 year warrant which she exchanged for us. Lesson learn make sure you buy from an AT&T Corp store and not a franchise. Oh and the so call manager inYoungsville store when I asked for his name he gave a business card for an associate.Very disappointing franchise allows someone like this to so call manage their store.

I was very dissatisfied, was told I would get a trade in credit of $350, when I brought my trade in phone back. So after I transferred my contacts, and went back to drop off my trade in. I was told it's not eligible anymore. 2 days later. So I had to return my new phone. I will never do business with them again.

Young Lady was nice and polite, maybe not her fault but after two hours of trying to upgrade 4 phones it was not fun anymore She deactivated our phones before I could set them up for other family members. They had to go without the cell for the remaining part of the day. Phones are used for business purposes. Made it very inconvenient. Was told that we could not have deal for phones in store. Had to order with my old phone on line for each upgrade. Was told they had enough phones in stock but it sent me to another store for one of the four phones I updated. Had to drive 20 miles to go pick up one phone. Just made it very inconvenient

The associate that assisted me in the store was extremely condescending and rude. He insulted me by telling me that it was my problem my previous trade-in had not been processed yet. He also attempted to not take my next trade-in without processing it through the system. Finally, they added all the insurances To my plan without my approval, and when I asked about it they said it was my responsibility to go and cancel it because they had to add it on there
