CONSUMER BEWARE: HIGH-END VEHICLES, LOW-END CUSTOMER SERVICE Brought our Ferrari into KarTunz to have 2 systems installed. Was assured they had worked on a Ferrari before, that the owner even had one they'd worked on. Our vehicle was returned with noticeable damage to the dash board; foam visible along with ripples/buckling. Was told by Ava (male) that our vehicle was brought-in in this damaged condition and KarTunz would only repair the 2-systems they had installed....This was until we informed Ava that we have multiple photos of our car (prior to KarTunz damaging it) along with a video as we had just purchased it in July 2020. Ava then said, "if we could trust KarTunz, to bring our vehicle in for them to fix" but he still insisted that it was brought-in in the damaged condition. We will see that the damage caused to our vehicle by KarTunz is fixed; of-course, we definitely WILL NOT be bringing it back to KarTunz. Unbelievably poor customer service and KarTunz damaged our vehicle. ~DawnMarie

This at least the third time I have ordered a Pepperoni Lovers pizza that had less than a regular pepperoni pizza. The second time my husband picked it up, he asked if it was an actual Pepperoni Lovers Pizza and the girl said it was but when we started eating it we saw that there was very few slices on it. Today my husband went to pick up a Pepperoni Lovers pizza and again he asked the girl to confirm that it had the “Lovers” amount of pepperoni slices on it. She had the audacity to tell him that there was another layer of slices under the cheese. Bald face lie! And she knows it. I can’t understand why it suits them better to lie than to just throw some more pepperoni slices on it. You can pitch a zip lock bag with some in it if you’re too lazy to put them in to begin with. She could even refund the difference between the cost of a regular vs. a “lovers”. Better still….don’t offer the Lovers line at all. Then you don’t have to lie and overcharge for something you never planned to serve to begin with. I’ve had it up to my eyeballs with poor service at take out places like this. ~Julia

Ordered canvases on multiple occasions for them to completely just fall off the wall within 24 hours of getting them. Its not a hanging issue it is a manufacture issue. They keep raising the prices but getting worse and worse products, they charge 100 dollars per canvas when they are made of plastic now and the backing wont stay on, no thanks. ~Dylan
