Ordered canvases on multiple occasions for them to completely just fall off the wall within 24 hours of getting them. Its not a hanging issue it is a manufacture issue. They keep raising the prices but getting worse and worse products, they charge 100 dollars per canvas when they are made of plastic now and the backing wont stay on, no thanks.

I ordered one item online for same day pickup. I waited patiently for almost 4 hours. I ended up calling them (which took forever to actually talk to a human) and it seemed like if I wouldn’t have called I wouldn’t have gotten my item. I also bought a bag of chips the same day and when I opened them they smelled so bad. I looked at the expiration date…they expired in 2021 about 8 months ago. Why was this still on the shelf???

So the phone system is insane, it takes forever to get a human on the phone. Then when you call with a question they give an answer without actually checking and then act like it's an inconvenience to be of assistance. She did get up and go check for an item after I questioned her response but I felt like I was burdening her by asking for assistance.

I've been trying to get my dog's prescription refilled for three days. It's a medication that my dog cannot miss. The vet has called it in, faxed it in to CVS multiple times. I went to the pharmacy this morning first thing and it wasn't open at 8am (when they are supposed to be open). I called CVS and was told there was an emergency that was preventing the pharmacy to open and a pharmacist would be in at 9am. They were not. I've had similar problems with this particular CVS for a few years. This is the second time the pharmacy has not been open on time due to "an emergency". I've moved my family prescriptions to Farmers in Youngsville and did the same today for my dog's prescription. Farmers filled the prescription immediately. This is just a very basic prescription - I don't know why CVS in Youngsville is so inept but I will never go there again.

The worst customer service ever. The cashiers will not check you out they will point you to the self-checkout. I do not work for CVS Pharmacies yet I am doing the job of the cashiers that work there. I am going to switch everything I have prescription wise to Super 1 Foods pharmacy I have been dealing with CVS for years and I've had enough of their

If I could post up a negative star review I would. The pharmacy’s gate was broken but didn’t find this out till I get to the back of the store to pick up my order when I also learned that the registers weren’t working so any items that I had that was not medicine related I had to go back up to the front to pay. Once in the front one of the two self pay registers had a warning about backing needing to be taken out in which nothing was there. After having to wait in line to get my item the error occurred after the individual unloaded the baggage. This was cleared after the worker there cleared the error after she finished flirting with the delivery boy, in which I waited a good 10 mins for. I don’t know if it is actually possible to have a worse experience with any other establishment. No one cared nor were they working on solutions that may have easily fixed the problems there.

Staff could be friendlier and more courteous- often have to search a bit to find a human to talk to in the store, seems to often only have one or two employees working at a time not including pharmacy staff.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had, the girl was rude, and she lacked communication skills of describing her job title and what she can and can not do. Checked out half of my items than made me take the rest to be checked out by another cashier so she could stand there and play on her phone. Too young and shouldn’t be working in customer service!

I get a text to pick up my prescription Tuesday a little before noon. I go to pick it up on Wednesday around 5 pm and wait for 15 minutes while they search for my order. She comes back to the window to tell me that it wasn’t filled and they will order it for tomorrow. Why the heck did you text me that it was ready?????. The order I thought I was getting was for a month supply, well they put it as a 90 day supply for $126.00. Do they think that people on Medicare have an abundance of money??. They should hire competent staff, don’t text me that it’s ready when you don’t even have any in stock. I hate that my insurance prefers that you use CVS, I would like a choice without a penalty of higher prices for using the pharmacy you prefer. Very disappointed in CVS. I don’t know about everyone else, but I feel that their reminder texts are rude. You better pick up your meds or else. It just hits me wrong.

Unfriendly cashier. Gives you a bad attitude if you give the wrong phone number for your extra care card. I changed my number associated with my account and extra care card but the pharmacy still texts my old number. The attitude gets worse if you want to use a CVS coupon.
