NEGATIVE STARS If you must come here please be aware that the customer service is garbage. The clerks act as if they are above the drivers and are very rude and dismissive. The clerk Ginger (unprofessional red head with the nasty attitude) is the absolute worst, she should definitely consider a job outside of customer service! It’s really disgusting how someone whose job is to interact with people sucks at it! Just terrible!! For goodness sake find a new job lady and get over yourself!!

Someone sneaking lied on me & call the office & said that I was laying down on a product. There is no place to lay down anywhere. You ' ll be lucky if you can find a place to sit. Who ever made that lying report remember this what goes around comes around. The place is unprofessional & you can feel the negative vibe around the work area.

The dock workers were great. However, the office personnel was abhorrent. I often wonder why people who are lousy at working with the public take jobs that require them to work with the public. Also, the ladies sitting at the windows are clerks...that's it...clerks. There are no mystical powers that grant them superiority over the drivers. They are not owners of the company. They are not bosses. They are clerks. They need to get over themselves...just a little bit.

Don't you ever come here! This place is a mess...6 to 7 hours for a 20000lbs load! This place is a joke, they have a brake from 12-1, another one from 2-3, and their stuff is staying outside and smoking pot...unreal, unbelievable...the worst place ever!
