Best sportswear store in Middletown, New York (NY) 2024

First I would like to state that this Store Gave me amazing service. Since I came into the store I felt welcomed . The employees were all so nice and helpful. Even the manager came out to help the employee find something nice for my wife. I would recommend this location to anyone I know. Best customer experience at a victoria secret so far! ~Juan

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Had to ask one of the workers who were putting up displays (actually working) to help with getting me some shoes since the manager & another staff were too busy chillin behind the counter laughing & goofin around!! mind you they both seen me standing there waiting to be assisted!! Waited online for over 15 minutes behind one customer! The manager who was at the register & the other staff sat behind a register doing god knows what while rapping!! i ended up walking out. Sad to say this wasnt the worse customer service out of the 4 sneaker stores in this mall!! smfh ~Sierra
