Best fashion accessories store in Middletown, New York (NY) 2024

I showed up to the store 645 they close at 7 doors were shut closed wouldn’t let anybody in nasty and rude all I asked was it was 15 minutes I knew what shoes I wanted and where they were at I buy 15 and more pairs A year for my family They will not get my business anymore The only good thing that came out of it was I found a new store DSW Designer shoe warehouse they were friendly they let me in 5 minutes before 7 I got 2 pairs of sneakers and still made it out before 7 DSW The store was great and I saved a bunch of money ~Nicki

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Had to ask one of the workers who were putting up displays (actually working) to help with getting me some shoes since the manager & another staff were too busy chillin behind the counter laughing & goofin around!! mind you they both seen me standing there waiting to be assisted!! Waited online for over 15 minutes behind one customer! The manager who was at the register & the other staff sat behind a register doing god knows what while rapping!! i ended up walking out. Sad to say this wasnt the worse customer service out of the 4 sneaker stores in this mall!! smfh ~Sierra
