I showed up to the store 645 they close at 7 doors were shut closed wouldn’t let anybody in nasty and rude all I asked was it was 15 minutes I knew what shoes I wanted and where they were at I buy 15 and more pairs A year for my family They will not get my business anymore The only good thing that came out of it was I found a new store DSW Designer shoe warehouse they were friendly they let me in 5 minutes before 7 I got 2 pairs of sneakers and still made it out before 7 DSW The store was great and I saved a bunch of money

Great shoe store, with name brand shoes and awesome prices. I got my boyfriend and myself a pair of shoes for an upcoming wedding for under $30 for both! I've been going here since I was in Middle School and the deals are always there, and so are the current styles. Possibly one of my favorite places to get shoes.

This store always has what I am looking for. With 4 kids buying shoes can get really expensive but at shoe Dept. You can find quality name brand shoes at affordable prices. The store is very clean and when you walk in you will be in shock about the variety of shoes they have. I have been purchasing from here since before the renovation and they still do not disappoint.

They "carry" shoes I would wear/buy, but that's where the problem lies. I wear a rather popular size, and the stock is mostly deplenished on any style I like in my size. I always leave empty-handed because they don't carry anything in my size.

The manager there (I can't recall her name) went above and beyond to help me find a pair of sneakers. Im a women's wide, size 11 so they're harder to find. She was like my friendly personal shopper and made sure I found what I was looking for. She also ran the store like a tight ship and honestly was a really good manager in my opinion. Woman deserves a raise. Dang, I wish I remembered her name.
