I’ve had good experiences with buckle in the past, but when I visited last week a group of female employees were gossiping in a circle. I don’t consider it to be professional to speak about clients while others are there, but I can look past it. However, what really irked me was that they couldn’t take a second from the gossiping to greet us as we walked in and through their circle (there were 5-6 of them & I was in a group of 3). Aside from the fact that you can’t give lower than a 1 star, the only reason it’s somewhat valid is because a male employee finally acknowledged us and made the effort to help find the jeans we wanted.

Bella is the best! Everyone is busy always.. that’s just life. She took the time to help me find my son the best hoodie today! Teenagers are hard enough to manage && I trusted her choice && my son loved the hoodie she suggested. Brooke was awesome and the store was great. Brooke took special care of my daughter and helped style her and make her feel amazing. We actually left the store and came back on our way out just to have Brooke help us. Best shopping experience ever!! We will be back just to have Brooke help us.

Great staff and awesome quality demins. Some of the clothes here are definitly over price for the quality but most of the denim jeans are great and last a long time. Store had a great smell with a very welcoming setup. Everything is nicely place and easy to find. Alot of times they have clearance stuff that you cant pass up. Come check it out for yourself.

I went needing an entirely new wardrobe after having lost 120 pounds. This was the first time I've been able to shop in a "regular" clothing store Josh helped me there, and I couldn't have been more pleased. He was highly attentive and patient. He made some great selections for me, and was with me well over an hour. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is that the cost is a bit high. However, the quality of the clothing is also good. I couldn't be much happier with my experience.
