I like Brooks Brothers but Lori at this location is rude. Treated me like I was a “peasant”. Didn’t want to let me try on anything but allowed others. She also hovered over me as if I was going to steal something. I’ve been here multiple times in the past. I still bought a few items because of the good deals. She said oh we are trying to make sure people have fresh shirts to try on. Either she was lazy or Brooks Brothers needs to change that policy. Another associate asked her why she would not let me try on things and she said “oh you know why”. This is a Concord Mills factory outlet location not a 5th avenue store get over yourself Lori. I will just make the trip to the South Park location next time.
