I love how big this store is. I love how good all of the prepped food is. I love their new speedy self check out lanes. I'd say the only downside is how high their prices are, especially for clothing.

They put all this money into the new self scan lanes just to not use them. I get that being short staffed is inconvenient for everyone, but why have two people running registers instead of having one running a register and one running self scan. Instead of having two checkout lanes, you’d get 13! There were dozens of people in line and it took us FOREVER to get out of the store with a screaming baby. We only had 15 items and everyone else had 10 items or less. Plus, the checkout attendant made the customer go all the way back to get a different slab of meat that had a sticker on it instead of looking up the price by weight in their little book. The customer really wanted the one without the sticker, but the attendant told her “No, I’m not giving you that one.” Took forever for that customer to finally return and finish checking out. Held up the line for at least 5 minutes or more. On top of that, they are closing by 9 PM on some nights when we do our regular shopping. No warning that they’ll be closing early or having irregular hours for the next few weeks due to lack of staff. It sounds more like lack of management skills to me and they have no idea what they are doing. Some individuals work from the moment they wake up, have to run errands with their kids after they get out of work and can only do their shopping later in the evening. How can they do that if the one place they can shop is closed?!

So this Marsh Davis is the Rudis person there every was. She needs to learn how to treat customers right. She should not be working there at all. She does not know how to handle things the right way. Nor how to talk to customers.. Need to maybe keep an eye on her.. . And hire some better people .

Plan on spending 15-20 minutes to get checked out. How does the upper management not see the backup and customer frustration is beyond me. The produce is seriously worth the trip and any waits though. It's the best produce in the area, comparable to any health food store!
