Overall this store is decent. Friendly workers. However every other pick up order I receive moldy fruit. Tired of having to go back to the store to return items or throwing away and losing money.

5 people currently in line at Deli. I have waited 11 minutes so far with 2 ahead of me. Lady behind the counter is alone and not helping any of us. She is fulfilling other orders. Looks like over a half hour to get deli meat here.

They have big sign on the peaches saying .97 cent per pound I went to self checkout it changed 2.49 per pound as you see in the receipt so I went back and check they have very small word saying with Digital coupon so that’s how they got you and my point is some people don’t even read or their vision is not that great to see those small words

Click list service at this location does NOT function. Multiple issues with last 3 orders from delayed pick up times not communicated or misinformation communicated about the new pick up time. Credits promised then not applied to our account. Incomplete orders that were going to pushed on us with a promise of a credit which we didn’t trust would happen because of previous credits not being applied. If a store is going to offer a service they should be able to effectively provide that service or if not, either stop the service or work to fix the issues that are ongoing and reoccurring.

Did a click list 2 days ago pick up for 9am. Kroger called would not be ready till 11:00-11:30am. Manager said he said it should be ready. Showed up at 12pm order still not ready no phone call or anything. Talked to manager he said he would call when it was ready. Said I would not have to wait due to the inconvenience. I have now called twice been in parking lot for 30min. Very poor customer service. Not looking for free stuff just do what you promise. In other words do you job. I will most likely never shop this store again. I would give negative stars if possible. Now order show and missing multiple items. Thanks but no thanks Kroger Shelby at 26 mile and Van Dyke

It's one of the better Krogers but their pickup location is all messed up. I don't know who thought of the "pull through" but it's terrible and it's the only Kroger that's wrongly set up like this. If there are cars in spots 6-11 they can't pull through and you either have to wait or back into spots 1-6. In addition if you're in spots 1-6 it's way harder for the workers to get to your car. God forbid the person behind you isn't too close when you open your rear door.
