Edit 10/2021: I emailed them and called, but they did not fix my issue. My blinds were great at first. I've had them for a year and one has already broken. It's a little piece of plastic that breaks the whole thing. They won't respond to support requests. Adding here because it does not appear that I can reply: Before posting this review, I emailed several times. I sent a picture of the broken part. I also called and left a voicemail. I have been ignored.

Springblinds team was such a wonderful experience. They were very helpful from start to finish, guiding me in making the right choices for all the shades in my house. Springblinds is very professional, attentive, and kind. I have worked with different blinds company before, but Springblinds is the BEST experience and service. They provide the top quality and great value that surpassed my expectations. The process of measuring, choosing the right shades, and installing went all flawlessly. They are so reliable and helpful ! I got Somfy motorized roller shades for my whole house and my family and I are very satisfied with the results. Now, it’s been over 6 months and they are all working great and can’t imagine my house without these amazing shades. They are very sturdy, and designs are outstanding as well. My home is now even more elegant than before. Now, I recommend Springblinds motorized shades to my friends and family. I have one more project for my parents house and I would definitely work with Springblinds again in the future for sure!!!

These blinds are cheaply made. We ordered 4 of them and 3 have broken. They sent one replacement spring but the blinds are just too fragile for daily use.

This company did not replace a broken blind even though they emailed me and told me that they sent it. Customer service is nonexistent. They don’t answer their phone or return calls. Blinds are very fragile.

Great customer service and quality. Have had both Hunter Douglas and Bali installed in the past. After 8 months, HD motorized shades malfunctioned. The cords on Bali shades broke. Hoping this one will last longer. Better quality for better price. Highly recommend!
