What would I do without Save on Fifth? They don't have everything, but whatever I need, I seem to find it there and inexpensive.

I used to come often to this store, in multiple times I waited when they were opening late because it was convenient and somewhat friendly. But things have changed and I’m not willing to keep trying to shop in their store. The last few times I went to this store: 1. I was told to leave my daughter’s stroller with one of the employees at the entrance. Along with everything in it. I walked out. 2. I asked for an item in the window, and they told me to go look for it myself (I had already done that). He didn’t believe and said if it’s on the window it is available. Found item somewhere else. 3. I walked in with a bag of groceries, I was told to leave it at the entrance with an employee. I walked away. 4. I walked in with a small paper bag (food) and again I was told to leave it at the entrance.

This is a family owned business which has been at this location for at least 30 years. Each person who enters is greeted. Aisles are stacked with merchandise. This store is the neighborhood Target or Walmart. Prices are competitive.

Not a whole lot of savings to be had. The place has the feel of a dollar store but not the prices to go along with it. There are better options out there.

Have to agree with other people about the rude manager with the glasses. Gave me a hard time returning something I bought that day bc the packaging looked "opened." I went to the back and brought back two of the same exact item, in WORSE condition than my returned item. This guy is a bs artist and will try to steal from you. Came here for 3 years and loved the bald man who used to work here but this new guy is awful.
