Took my heads to get resurfaced...price was very reasonable & they were ready to be picked up a couple hours later. The guys are very cool & helpful. I will definitely be back.

Did two motors for me. the first was done properly and on time. The second one was not. i called every month for a YEAR until he finally asked, "ok, what do you want done to the motor?" So it had been sitting untouched the entire year. Motor lasted 300 miles before the rod bearing failed. It knocked on the first startup and every startup after until failure. They machined and assembled the motor that failed in 300 miles. I have built a few motors in the past, and I know this was do to poor work. They clearly screwed up and did not want to own up to it. Every bearing surface on the crankshaft was a differnt diameter. The motor was somehow completely assembled when I got there to pickup, which I had not asked for. It seems like they did this to get paid and not have to deal with their mistake.

Built me a motor a few years back. It is in my classic 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Convertible. I only drive it 1,200 -1,500 miles a year. It didn't last 10,000 miles. Lifters went last year, leaks coolant, now the rear main seal is shot and leaking oil all over my undercarriage. GARBAGE! Totally disappointed and out thousands of additional dollars for a shoddy job, repairs and clean up work. Wish I never heard of them.

If you are a repair shop that is trying to keep your customers happy, STAY AWAY FROM LORENZO'S!!! Was promised work will be done in 3 weeks and promised that to a customer of my repair shop, 6 MONTH and numerous unanswered calls later picked up the block and owner (Lorenzo) refused to give the $200.00 deposit back because they "could do the work but the customer did not want to wait any more"!!!! If you think 6 month wait time is reasonable then go ahead and deal with Lorenzo's otherwise - STAY AWAY!!!!! Worst business i have ever dealt with!!!
