I want to a place I think was called shoot em up for a ten year old brithday party. Nice place for the kids , they seem to have a lot of fun .On the negative side a lot of the stores I. The mall are closings and it's just a shame to see. SMH

They randomly close the store 1-2 hours before closing time… so messed up because what’s the point in having set hours if ur just gonna close early. It’s so inconvenient for people who come all the way to the mall just for the store to be closed early. When I asked the manager once, they just said they didn’t have that many customers so they decided to close early. That’s honestly so unfair and wrong. stop misleading ppl lol this happened to me several times.

Nice...I went to Oxford Valley Mall I like the fact the men were down stairs and women upstairs. Makes it was easier to shop and wasn't as messy as the other H&M's

I don’t typically write bad reviews that are public, but I’m extremely bothered by my experience at this store today. I purchased a skirt last night at the Franklin Mills store that was on clearance for a lot cheaper than it was at the Oxford Valley store. I came to Oxford Valley because the app said they had the smaller size that I needed. I guess at Franklin Mills a worker put the wrong “sku” number on the tag so the skirt showed up on the receipt as a dress. The cashier at Oxford Valley is explaining this, which I get. But she then proceeds to call Franklin Mills, asks to speak to a manager, then asks the manager to check the cameras to see if the skirt was “bought” - insinuating that I stole the skirt from the Franklin Mills store. The manager at the Franklin Mills store explained that they marked the skirt down so cheap because it was the last one. The cashier then try’s to backtrack and say that’s not what she meant. At this point I walked out and my mom finished handling the transaction. I will literally never shop at this particular location ever again. She needs to be probably trained because the entire situation was utterly ridiculous.

This is NOT an H&M. Do not waste time to go here. Go to the H&M inside the Oxford Valley Mall and just use the mall address.

Covid-19 vaccination site. Works like a well-oiled machine. They don't have much consideration for those with mobility impairments though.

I was there close to the closing time and an African American guy was yelling to go to the register because they were closing I answered ok as I grabbed my last item and he said everyone is saying ok but nobody is moving! Such a bad experience 😞 horrible customer service there are certain ways to ask people to wrap it up. Then afterwards he stated he wanted to go home! Like why have job and be miserable! It’s thanks to customers that he has a job smh

Awful place, was walked in on while using the dressing room twice in the span of 4 minutes. If that's your kind of thing this is the place for you, if you don't enjoy that don't go there.
