This is outrageous I went to get my vehicle's oil change and it was still leaking oil, so I let them know but they didn't bother to do anything about it not only that they told me to go F myself infront of other customers and they were cursing at their other customers as well. This isn't how you conduct yourself and present yourself at work. Just be very careful if you decide to bring your vehicle here but I recommend you don't even come near to this business at all! I will no longer be taking my vehicles here nor will I recommend them. They replaced an 11 year old original factory A/C compressor 2.5 years ago with a cheap aftermarket compressor that has since failed. 2.5 years on a compressor is unacceptable. Even aftermarket. Sadly they only offer a 1 year warranty so I am SOL and now have to replace it again. On my 6 speed manual transmission they mis-diagnosed the reason the shifter was having an extremely hard time going into gear while the car was stopped. They said it was a worn out clutch so they performed the $2000+ clutch job. Within a day of getting the car back the same problem was occurring where it had a very hard time going into gear while the car was stopped. I took it back to them and they determined that it was actually a metal bracket at the clutch pedal that broke and simply needed to be welded. Turns out this clutch was worn because of this bracket and causing the friction disc to prematurely wear out. Sadly because of this it put strain on the 3rd gear synchronizer which is no longer any good. The car grinds going into 3rd gear now so I either have to skip 3rd gear altogether or double clutch. To top it off they put a nice sized dent in the passenger side fender while performing the clutch job. They also misdiagnosed a noise coming from a failing timing belt tensioner and said it was a noisy serpentine belt. That misdiagnosis could have been catastrophic engine failure if I had not taken it to a different shop. So if you want a shop that does not know how to properly diagnose problems and throw a parts cannon at your car then this is the place for you. Services: Transmission, Air conditioning
